Most worst centre, staff was not at all coperative and very arrogant. I was visited to port my number but staff is very arrogant. Two time i visited the centre but both time they don't submitted my documents to Vodafone. Worst centre worst staff.
Worst service NITKA AND ALISHA are fooling coustmers they dont give any recipt for payment and in 24 hrs they are not able to activate a no. Worst service and they are so rude never ever visit this store WORST STAFF
All staff and employees are very very supportive.i went for a sim change. They all are cooperative and glad to see positive behaviour. Very much impressed with such better experience.
Highly unethical employees. I went for a sim change, since sim was old. They informed that for a new sim I would need to get a postpaid number that too for 4 months and only then I would be eligible to get a new prepaid number. This did not make sense at all, so after returning I called up the Vodafone customer care and asked there and the guy on the phone confirmed there is no such rule, the employees there are lying. I filed complaint against the store and now will get a prepaid number.last mai naa koi star dunga sabse ghatiya staff hai yahan ka maile female dono baat karne ki tamij nahi hai yahan ke staff ko

The store lost its own connectivity.how can we expect our mobiles to be working. None of there system were working. The staff was more concerned to take a break. Out of 8 service stations only 3 of them had the staff for customer care service.doesn't even deserve a single star

This place is full of bunch of jokers, who don't know what needs to be done. Been here for four times still no resolution and top that they don't have systems to handle issues.
The representative named Akshay fooled me into taking a expensive plan and also made false commitments about international roaming. Looks like Vodafone is resorting to unethical business practices to cover-up its huge losses.
Each time I visit this Vodafone Store Punjabi Bagh I have bad experience. Rcently I had to visit the store 3 times to get a simple postpaid to prepaid conversion of my mpbile no.
I alway very disappoint with staff and service they always sale you post paid sim. When you fiel lost sim case or any they just give you one option of post paid sim only. You well left with no other option. Try to avoid this center. Thank you
Votdafone provides awful service. All the executives recruited give you a half baked information.i lost a sim and reported.i was told to either have the sim delivered to my residential address or pick it up from a Vodafone store.in the first place there seems to be no urgency in dealing with customers.every exec.gets up to relax after attending one customer.i was told by the exec.that my SIM will be activated after two hours.when it was not activated after 4 hrs I called Vodafone help only to be informed that activation of my Sim is my responsibility. No manager is available to speak to the customers to hear their grievances.they do not know if they have a store in Punjabi Bagh and what is their contact no.the lame excuse given: I will have to first find the store and then look for the contact no. THIS IS CALLED SERVICE!
2 vodafone stores are available in Punjabi bagh West, main vodafone store at central market, too slow service provider at service center as well as service network. Lots of crew members are here but very slow working process and the computers or other gadgets are old and not work properly.
I visited Vodafone store in Punjabi Bagh this afternoon. This was my second visit to this store. The first was when the store had just opened; and I had then left the store as a very happy customer. Today I was surprised to see the pathetic state of affairs. Just pathetic. Your logo 'happy to help' should be taken off immediately. No one was even willing to help leave alone happy. Out of all the crowd employed here there was just this one girl who tried to help me out (missed her name). The others were either busy chatting or roaming around, least interested in the work they have been tasked with. One lady on the first floor was resting her head on the desk and taking a nap, with me waiting to be attended. Shame on your service
Waste of time the lady Deepika made us pay the bills in advance for no reason and neither did the new sim worked and neither the ownership transfer happened.horribleee
Seriously under staffed and poor attitude of customer service personnel. I went for plan change and had to wait for 1 hour 40 minutes. If you plan to visit this store bring a bed sheet to spread and sit as they don’t even have enough places to seat waiting people. And don’t forget the food. Out of around 8 counters 3 were staffed and they keep taking short breaks. Vodafone cares is just a useless sham. Very poor experience.
