I visited the store 2 days ago, a representative acknowledged my problem for my old inactive number, and suggested me the way. So when today I visited again with all required docs. She helped me out in a very cream way. She got some extra intellectual skills as she was aware all the tiny details that I discussed 2 days back - This Review-Journal is for KANIKA

Third rate staff. I went there to upgrade my 4g SIMs to 5g SIMs. First they did not tell me that the Vodafone 5g services have not been launched in Delhi, which I got to know when i called their customer service today. Second, the SIMs they replaced, one is working and the other is not. The excuse they are giving us that I did not remove SIM from the phone immediately. But if this was the case then the other Sim should also not work, which surprisingly does. Then the other excuse they are giving us that first one was done using Ekyc and the other one was done using physical kyc. This is blatant lie, as they both did using physical kyc as ekyc was not working. And today when my wife went there to get issue resolved, they shouted and abused her. Is this how you behave with your customers? Pathetic service and pathetic staff. Better to port to some other network.

Worst service, money mongers, didn't want to help with 8 years old sim just trying to sell new sim, nobody should buy vi number, i'll try to PORT out asap.

Pathetic service and 198 helpline. 24Hrs unable to provide connectivity. Kanika from the store misguided and no one in store picks the call

Amazing and helpful staff but the policies of vi are bad. Had to visit the center for a simple process for 3 times. 3 times!
And had to pay 500+ Rs. Which other telecoms take only 50 Rs.

Vi is not recommended, the center is. Again, the staff was good.

Fraudsters. Took OTP on the pretext of SIM change and changed the plan to a higher tier. Beware of Vodafone employees as they are fraud and cheats.

I come here many times to resolved my problem but problem is still pending. My sim card not working till 11 days.i come here near about 30 km and this is my 4th time visit
2 tym i change my sim but there is no network in my simcard.due to my no.problem my online payments, bills, fees and many works are pending i ll also pay penalty for all late payments.
I don't know when my problem resolved.

Worst experience. For getting a duplicate sim, even after visiting this store twice, I failed to get it, since they required original ID proof, which the dealing person never informed to carry with me. It was their presumption for granted that I should have carried it

Not even worth one star. Selfish and money minded employees. If you reach out to them regarding network issue, they will blame your phone instead. Don't even try to resolve the issue. They threw my other sim (airtel) and told me that the issue is because of the other sim. Highly disappointed. Shame.

The experience was but, the fare for Parking is too much and the workers try to misguard some people who Dont know about the parking fair they charge high with them plz pay attention to this.

I went there to port my number frm airtel to vi b'coz of network issue in airtel, but they were trying to give me postpaid number and offering to convert my family network into vi. Marketing people. Very time consuming. Won't go there

Employees are very good in this store. They always try to solve the query of the customer in any manner. Specially the female manager.

One week ago I have converted my post paid plan in prepaid I have submitted all the documents and clear all the due payment and I have recharged my sim in 297 plan. But my number has not working because vodaphone staff d Mall Rohini has not recharged my no and I have paid 297rs. I have a slip of his payment. Vodafone customer care is not attend my phone and his staff is very careless.pls no body has visited his store he has wasted u r time. I have a appeal for vodaphone pls change u r all staff all are lasy and careless.

Bad service, asked to pay the money is n advance for FRC, but not done after many days. Worst service. Will no give you any contact no for complains and enquiries. Should be in minus stars.

We went to the store to change postpaid to prepaid and they filled a form and told that but will be done in 2-3 days and today it's still not done and when I visited some other store they told me the form was never submited also they told me to transfer 257 which i did and that is also not transfered to my vi account. This is fraud
