Very bad experience. Unnecessary policy rules and blah blah makes my headache atleast provide some important information rather than your formalities all goes above my headache. And one more thing is that I don't know how I gave one star if there is negative marking.you know
Worst service center staff have no sense of talking and while i confront them they cant even talking properly and making fool for extra charges for renew sim cost 100rs and 300rs for activation charges chep people 2 ladies 2men must take some action against these kind of people
Terrible staff. Rajesh and Kavita both are unprofessional can't even Handel 2 customers at the same time. Senseless people don't even know how to talk to their customers. That's the reason everyone is leaving Vodafone network. I was using my no from last 15 year but today I'll definitely change my network provider.
Worst and horrible experience. They behave like they are working for free. You go and tell your problem, they are busy in their phone. They don't even listen your issue. Female staff is worst there, specially the girl with mole on nose (may be her name is Savita or something with S). She keeps chatting on phone and smile and won't listen customer issue. Our time is also valueable, we are not taking service for free. Therefore after 5 years of good service of idea, I am planning to shift to JIO because of worst behaviour of your staff.
