Meri sim kho gyi or mujhe ab 15 din baad pta chla ki meri sim koi or use krr rha hai, mai vi customer care pe call krke complaint kiya ki meri sim bnd krdi jae.unhone bola nearest store jao.mai vi ke mini store me gya toh waha bhi mna kr dia yeh bolke ki customer care se hi hogi bnd, ab mai cp wale vi store gya toh unhone bhi bnd nhi kri.wajah ye batai ki aap hme mobile nhi bta paa rhe ki sim konse mobile me hai. (abe mujhe pta hota ki meri khoi hui sim kiske ya konse mobile me hai toh mai tmpe kyu ata), inhone sim bnd nhi kri.kuki inhe UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES krni thi.ki sim dobara chalu kralo bus 60 rs. Lgenge.mujhe majboori me sim bnd karani thi but inhone mujhe sim re-issue krdi 60rs leke.sim bnd isiliye nhi ki kuki inko 60rs. Kamaane the.ab mene 60rs. Online (paytm, card, upi, bank trf, etc) krne ki bola toh inhone sirf cash maange or mujhe koi receipt bhi nhi di cash ki.yeh 60rs. Legally liye hai ya illegally vi plz rply.or agr legally liye hai toh VI ne UPI, or or koi online payment kyu nhi li or cash receipt kyu nhi di?

Very poor and incompetent staff. No proper response given by them, rude behaviour and they literally don't care about customers. Wish i could give ZERO stars
They charged hundred rupees for providing sim. And then they did some mistake in that and ehen i visited again they says you have to take postpaid sim which will cost you 700 rs per month
27/12/22 at 6: 30 pm we were scamed by the employees. I requested a 28 day prepaid sim card, they charged 750 INR while the real cost in the website is 300. They didn't gave me a receipt and they talked I'm Hindi between them all the time. So later I suspected and checked the price.
IT WAS PATHETIC -MY SIM NOT ISSUED DESPITE VISITED 3 TIMES STILL MY ISSUE IN NOT RESOLVED EVEN WRITTEN TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE THERE RESPONSE IS ALSO OF NO USE AS THEY ARE SENDING ME THE SAME STORE AGAIN AGAIN. VERY PATHETIC. NO ONE IS ACCOUNTABLE. NO CLUE WHAT TO DO!
Staff not helpful at all. Got sim re-issued which is not working post almost 24 hours but no information could be provided why sim not working and we were told to wait for 1 hour to get any details. No clarity provided as to how issue would be resolved or what the problem is by Mr Aakash and Ms Priya.

Very Bad customer experience, staff don’t entertain customer even after arriving into the store. Pathetic experience, if I have the option to give below 1 star, I will give zero.
Very Bad customer experience, staff Rajani and other one staff don’t entertain customer even Bill pay after arriving 25 minutes wait and 10 rs.short change return the store cashier. Pathetic experience, if I have the option to give below 1 star, I will give dubble zero.
Most of the time the system is not working. Reflects very badly on an internet provider company Waiting time is very long. Management of store needs to improve drastically
I went there twice and everyone keeps saying different things. I don't even know who is right and who is wrong now because I am throughly confused. Also have some seating area for the people waiting.
One of the worst outlet really you have to give proper training to the employee before putting in to the front desk i mention the employee name Priya doesn't know how to talk to the customer even she does not have a proper knowledge. Disappointment.
Maut aati hai inki postpaid se Prepaid karne mai, poor staff, pathetic behaviour from the guard to employees. The company should teach them basic manners before posting them.
Ur all staff give proper training need in ur store.i have mentioned all name.ghansyham, lucky, Preeti and deepti they are very rude talk to the customer.they are free in counter.they told me u have to go this counter. I went over their she also told me u have wait 5 minutes I have waited overtheir approx 45 mins.ur service are very poor.i m ur loyal customer since 2015 but u give this type of services given to ur customer.i will disconnect ur all connections.i am very disappointed.
मैं सिम पोस्टपेड से प्रीपेड कराने के लिए गया था लेकिनमां के कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार देखने के बाद मैंने सिम बंद करा दिया क्योंकि सब कर्मचारी खाली थे और मुझे वेट करने के लिए बोला गया
Very Pathetic illiterate employee Dipti. She doesn't even know what exactly service is. She need training before sitting on front desk else She deserves to be security guard rather service assistant.
