Vi - Vodafone Idea mini Store

As the store mentions it's a mini store, limited staff and not helpful for me at all. The staff couldn't help me with my queries, what he said seem to contradict what the customer care agent said too.

CHEATERS AND THUGS, I went there to port my Jio prepaid (earlier Vodafone) to back to Vodafone prepaid.
Firstly the representative in the store tried to port me to Vodafone postpaid by misinforming me that jio to Vodafone prepaid is not allowed. Which I knew was incorrect information.
Secondly, the representative forced me to buy rs 495 unlimited recharge for 84 days, which I agreed to and paid him the requested amount. Upon asking when the recharge would be done, the representative replied that the recharge would be done immediately once the port in is successful.
Once my port in was successful the recharge was not done and I had to do the recharge myself online. Upon asking the refund of rs 495, the representative refused to refund and nor did he do the recharge. This is a clear case of cheating and misinformation.
Shame on such people.

Staff shares incorrect information just for the sake of selling post paid connections. Even the timeline shares is false.

Poor customer service. Staff is not at all helpful. Everyone over there ready to argue with customer. No one is ready to give solution of the problem

I walked 10 km and came here but saw the mini store closed. I recommend not to waste your time on going there. 0 stars for it

Mini store cannot help you in every query
Buf paying bills and sim card change
They can help you

They will make you make wait like hell and then only tell you that you don't have complete documents.
The Vodafone guy here has lack of process knowledge.
Pathetic store.
