I met Savita she help me alot to resolve my problem of my sim card issue

Many thanks to Rahul, the unit in-charge and Savita his team member from Vi, East of Kailash branch to help me recreate my vodafone sim which I lost because of vodafone mistake.
I visited the branch yesterday morning and Rahul assured me that he personally involved himself to solve my issue and in less than 24 hours, I got message that my sim is ready and I can collect.
I am vodafone customer since past 20 years. I am mostly travelling international, and because of vodafone mistake I lost my long lasting mobile number. Vi customer care tried to help me and they managed to hold my number. However, finally it was Rahul who made it possible.
