Bad customer service experience, staff slammed the shutter right infront of me despite requesting for help, needed urgent support that day

Had a harrowing experience because of one employee Harmeet. He didn't process my request and one another employee Mr Rahul also deny to help me

This is the fake store. They are charged 250 Rs For add on connection. But guys I have already talk Vi customer care. They are already told me that company is no taking any charging for add on connection.

Very pathetic service. The lady on the other end, has no time and want to finish the conversation by giving excuses of voice not clear etc. High time VI replace the employees with efficient people. Else it is better VI close this store!

Very very bad experience, vi agent are very bad, Use abusive language to customers. Very bad experience ever I seen till now

It's really very bad store. The staff is very indisciplined. They are very rude & not interested to resolve the issues of customers. They spend most of the their time on personal calls instead of handling customers issues.

I hate to review but they simply dont want to do any work! Find out different excuses so that they don't have work - first thing they tell almost everyone is to visit another store as their system is down. Worst experience, even public sector banks provide better services these days. These stores are only negative publicity for vi, they should be closed & everything moved online

In totality, it was a very bad experience it is a total waste of money and time, the system always has a problem, and the work is delayed and not done most of the time.and whoever visits please consider asking for the terms and conditions in writing. Simply consider visiting some other store.

Mr Harneet is a rubbish, inaccurate and undisciplined person. I would like Harpreet to be removed from the store so that the customer does not suffer.

The store serves for all the queries related to vodafone. It is situated in the market. Parking is tough nearby.

Request to all pl don't visit this store never, bad manner staff, they are very lazy person. They are working like a government. They don't want listen anything. Very bad experience.

Service executives have always been rude to the customer, they show no courtesy to the customers, always try to overpower tge customers, doesnt provide reasonable resolution, few months back i had the same service from them when i visited to port my no from Vodafone to airtel, they overcharged me way more than my postpaid bill and made me visit their store 3 times, my expery was pathetic, again i went there with my father, as he was using the old idea sim and needed a replacement with a micro sim, however the executive there informed me that i will be charged 50 rs for new sim but, i will have to recharge my phn by 100rs bcs i will get 81 rs as top up balance now that was something weird. I was asked to wait for 2 hrs to get the new sim activated however still not working.

Vodafone company is only ghatya worst tatti company and they will not provide any service for customer and I was 2 times visit this place and i was tell them Refund my money or recharge they will not refund my money even not recharge so I'll decide change my network and also they will total 3 time deducted my amount on my account so I'll tell you to all join the other network not this Vodafone tatti.

To start with, for someone just coming in from outside, the store smelt like urinal. The floor area was less and comparitively seemed over staffed. For whatever reasons, there were two people in supervisory roles.

They were fine with the Covid precaution norms though, but the whole place just seemed unclean.

There were too many advertising props all over. Some hanging from the ceiling or on the walls. Even the shield between the customer service girl and customer was a shoddy prop which I managed to almost break & dislodge while passing on documents.

The staff was helpful but the place did not exude the feeling of an efficient well oiled organization.

Well, staff does not have answers to problems of customer. I think they have a "who cares" attitude

Store employees are helpful and well mannered. They helped me to port my number and tod me about all ways of doing that (I didn't had original I'd of the number)

I went to this store and received the pathetic experience. Executive who are sitting to give you customer delight service are the one who don't even know how to speak and behave with customers. I would request to please change the staff especially girls because they only know how to misbehave, abuse and pass comments.

Service is great and the employees are helpfull Neat and clean it's in acharya niketan near MAYUR VIHAR pocket 1 metro station No wait time till 03: 00 pm but in the evening there is little bit crowded it's in the Market area so easily find everything near by.

The agent there was busy on his personal call when I was standing and requesting him to hear my query. He did behaved as if I was not there. Sad. Thus, i am shifting from vodafone to airtel now.

Very good experience at the vodaphone store. The executives were real helpful in attending customers. Would recommend if you have any problem.
