We have hired a vanity van from this agency all the way from punjab to mumbai and return for a package trip of 15 days for my grand mom being 84yrs.
Their team/ driver were very polite and had taken a good care of her and she was too very comfortable with them.
It was an excellent experience and we were very relaxed and hassle free.

Completely unprofessional management. I have been asking for refund of my booking cancellation for MONTHS but they (Gurcharan Singh and Lalit) are just lying again and again telling different things every time.
Every time I call, they ask for booking details and bank account information. Once they claimed they even deposited the money. Which obviously wasn't true because money never came. Next time they asked for all details again.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK ANY SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY IF THEY OPEN AGAIN IN FUTURE.
