Delhi legislative office at civil lines area. It is one of the most beautiful places and well maintained. Democratic delhi lites and beautification by the staff i mean mali's. The heritage building was constructed during the british time. This place is famous for lots of other events that happened in the past during the british Empire. This is the first time i observed that many events happened and opened for public. I have remembered one event on Guru Nanak Jyanti celebrated in the delhi legislative assembly.

Vidhan Sabha is the legislature assembly of the capital of India, New Delhi. It is near Kashmere Gate, the building of legislative assembly is quite a mixture of old and new architecture. One can visit but can’t go inside the premises.

Vidhan Sabha Metro station is located on the Yellow Line of the Delhi Metro.

The Delhi Legislative Assembly, also known as the Delhi Vidhan Sabha, is a unicameral legislature of the union territory of Delhi in India. At present, it consists of 70 members, directly elected from 70 constituencies. The tenure of the Legislative Assembly is five years unless dissolved sooner.

If you want to visit Majnu ka Tilla, then Vidhansabha is the metro station you need to deboard at. Take a e-rick from there and reach Majnu ka Tilla in a jiffy. I regularly take the Pink line from Naraina to Azadpur and from Azadpur to here, and then onwards to Vidhan sabha.

This metro station lies on the Yellow line of Delhi Metro Rail Network. This metro station is just in front of Delhi Vidhan Sabha. Very Near clean and peaceful merro station.

Nearby places are also very peaceful. This area is Civil lines area, Mall Road.

Located a few yards away from the Vidhan Sabha Metro Station, the stately building of the Delhi Vidhan Sabha is another place that can leave travellers awestruck. Washed in white, the architecture is colonial complete with arches and pillars. The building is flanked by gardens on two sides although these are not as well maintained as they should be. Delhi Government offices operate from the premises today hence the chaos and litter.
Entry is limited with the many police posts that will bombard you with many a question on the purpose of your visit. However, one can capture a grand view of the historic building from the road itself. Best way to reach is via metro.

A well-maintained metro station by the authorities and metro staff. Also, it's not much crowdy as compared to the other metro stations.
