Their sale and service is very poor, I will prefer not to purchase anything from them in future, suffering from their poor attitude and service every time I have to suffer a lot whenever I buy anything from them.
All in all, they only target to sale their item, once the item is sold they don’t even care about the customer, even calling 10 to 15 times won’t work and won’t help in getting the issue resolved, feeling very frustrated with their attitude.

Vijay sales best thing is theur Vijay sales app pricing of any product are same as in offline Vijay sale store, croma online store shows lower prices and when you reached to the croma offline stores u will find there's a huge gap of 3-4k

The sales persons here make false promises regarding discounts, cash back etc. Their statements are only for making sales. After that they don't care about what they said at the time of making sales.

Still didn't get any response n call from Vijay sales regrading refrigerator complaint.trying from last 3 days

It was Ok experience as after sales service is average of vijay sales.their sales staff wants to sell as per their choice and not as per customer requirement. Also not transparent with product pricing.

I went to buy a laptop in Vijay sales Preet Vihar branch
I chosen the laptop and made my mind to buy the laptop but I change my mind to buy from this branch due to Misbehave of Sales Team Leader Kiran

Wrost service by vijay sales company. I am not purchased any product for this company.and I won't tell anyone, it's been more than 1 week yet the spare parts hasn't been changed?

My experience was not that good because I purchased a water purifier but that sales person haven't told me that I may require pressure pump with that according to my house water system. And I had already told him about it before purchase as my water syntax is set in my house so due to low water pressure in the tap it requires a water pressure pump to be installed with the purifier. And they also made the return process difficult.

Display items are very less I tried to search some headphones but only 2 to 3 items are available and batteries about to die

They have my choice of design and wide variety of collection with some saving schemes.any one can have what they want.

In this Vijaya Sales Store, we had visited on 29th August for Searching for Refrigerator. When we entered the refrigerator segment. We called for sales staff, they don't even listened but In that segment 5-6 sales staff were presented. They were busy with gossiping each other in Refrigerator cornor side. They haven't known the Customer Value. So are you guys think that they will provide service.

Don't go buy for Vijaya Sales. They can not provide proper service. My rating is -10. Sales Man Service is 0.

Poor and Pathetic Service

I have purchased a dual Inverter LG AC, it's been 5 days no installation has taken place, I received the product it turned out to be defective and now I am running after them for replacement.

The staff is non responsive and they are just passing the blame from one person to the other.
Very Pathetic services. Reading the comments it feels like it is the case with every customer.

They are just doing fraud. Even the delivery guy kept telling lies that I will get the delivery done of the replaced product but no response.

Never buy from such fraudsters.

Awesome place to buy electronic products with great price and varieties usually get crowded on any Indian festival like holi or diwali but it also come with lots of discount and deals *note please compare price and deals with other nearby store and online so that you can get best price*

The billing section was very pathetic and useless
took us 15 minutes to buy a product and 1 hour to get it billed

A variety of electronics and home appliances of different brands at reasonable prices available there. Also there delivery is not chargeable and services are good. It is located near by preet vihar and in front of croma store.

They promised me to deliver the ac product next day but it's already three days has been passed and I did not got the delivery till now.

Worst experience at Vijay sales. They will promise you delivery but will never keep up with it. And none of the staff wants to take responsibility for the failed delivery. The customer itself has to do all the follow up with delivery. In the end i have to cancel my order as they are just pulling excuses. Never buy from this place if you want something delivered on time.

They gives every product in best price in the market. This is right place to purchase anything in electronics.

I bought hp 15 s laptop from this store. It was one of the worst laptop at it's price. They didn't provide any service as well as any help. Don't visit at this store they charged over also

Worst experience from their sales persons. We were about to buy fridge and cooler both today but cancelled at the time of billing due to their rude behaviour.

Definitely compare price of the produce with its online price and bargain for a lower price before the purchase, u can get a decent discount.

Have a fine knowledgeable staff but they will sell you what they want to sell you bot what you want. So be smart. Before moving to d showroom get ur homework done for the appliances.
