I have Purchased a Faber gas stove from Vijay Sales 6 month back. After 1 month 1 of the burner stop working and lil bit gas leakage started from it. We have complaint about it technician come and repaired it after somedays again same problem come now it being 5 time complaint registered & repairing done but still gas not working properly. When we asked them vijay sales manager janakpuri (Amit Singh) & Faber Company manager (Hardev Singh) both of them refusing to change it. Faber technician not providing me his manager number Also Vijay sales manager said do whatever you wants to do. Rude behaviour they only know how to make people fool when we talk about services then big 0 for vijay sales.
I would highly recommended to get proper documentation and involve consumer court if needed.
In fact I myself have no way but to reach out to consumer court to get help and to report fraud.

As a walk in vijya sale jankpuri store all the thik is good staff and ambience and mainly idfc staff of finance who's treat me very good and help me chose my right product with the great knowledge mainly thanks idfc (Priyanka gham)

I wish I could give a negative rating, I recently visited the store to buy a laptop and It was a really bad experience, the lack of product knowledge among the staff was evident. I had several questions about the items I was interested in, but they were unable to provide me with any useful information. It felt as though they had no interest in helping customers make informed choices.
They were just trying to sell me the product i don't even want, arguing with me for no reason at all, and showing my likings at low level in front of their products, I was seriously disappointed with this behaviour
If you want a good staff service go to Croma near it instead.

The 5 stars are for the service Sankit giri provided us. We went to purchase a window ac, he was extremely patient with us through entire process and guided us well.
Next day, the ac was delivered and found to be dented.
We called sankit and he assisted us right away by raising the issue internally with him team and managers.
We got the replacement very next day. While many customer representatives turn their backs when the product is sold. He understood and acted right away.
This is the kind of service one expects.

It has been more than 5 years since we are a customer of Vijay Sales. Liked the positive environment of this brand especially because of their employees which make them a great brand. Would like to appreciate - Mr. Virender Singh, Mr. Krishna and Mr Anthony.

The sales guy out there is just to make incentives I guess.they ended up suggesting me buy a sound bar not worth of money spent.which does not even work as per the demo.worst customer experience! Going further Their customer support exe.is also not behind in disappointing.they has arranged for a tech guy to check the device who did not show up yet.its been over 3 days.

They have more salespersons than the customers. Mostly lacking in product knowledge. Focus is on selling select brands even though may have others on display as well

Sales staff should be increased along with choices. We finalised one laptop in display but after waiting for 2 days they were not able to arrange.

I had bought two cell phones from Vijay Sales (Janakpuri) on 06.11.2021. The sales staff is very good. I was attended by whole staff especially counter-person of MI, Mr. Mandeep Singh, Mr. Sandeep (Cashify Team). They helped me a lot in selecting best phone in my proposed budget.

Due to oversight I provided wrong information for one of the invoice but they co-operated a lot & provided new invoice with desired amendment. Mr. Happy Singh (FM) helped in this regard.

I will never go to other outlet as their cash back options are also good.

Too many sales man but very few Billings counters. Total confusion at counter taking long time to clear single person. Due to this too much hassle in COVID time.

Let me start with a big Thanks to Ravi. I may end up short of words to explain that how wonderful my experience was to purchase my new mobile phone (Oppo Reno 6 Pro) from your store. Ravi possess quite a pleasent personality with brains. He suggested me a phone which I realy liked. He almost cracked the deal without being pushy. He later realised that he only have got one unpacked unit. Then he approached his immediate supervisor and he simply gave up on me. Whereas, Ravi went an extra mile, he made a couple of calls to another store and went about 20 miles on his bike to get one for me. OMG really. This is a sheer example of a true customer obsession. @Vijay Sales: I leave it on you, what is it that you are going to do for him
for all his hard work. For me it is an unforgettable moment.

This place is very overhyped. The price of electronic items are way too high as compare to other showrooms.

Was trying to purchase a smart phone but they have less of the budget range phones. Only focusing on the main stream phones but you can find good discounts compared to the other stores.

HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE.went for a laptop.the salesman showed me products from the range of 38k-50k.after 4-5 minutes.when he was done with 4-5 display products I told him that I will opt for a budget laptop under 30k.with this statement.his face expressions changed completely with him turning around in disinterest and straight away denied having any in stock (AT PRESENT OR AT ANY TIME IN FUTURE)

How is it possible for a store such big to not have any budget laptop in their folio.whereas there are so many of them in the market.they are manipulative i guess. "ATLEAST IN THIS EXPERIENCE OF MINE"

Worst experience I ever had. I bought a fridge from there and after 2 months the motherboard was not working.there was no one to help me.

Worst experience I have had from here… only few water purifier models are available also they do not return money in the same payment mode. I paid through Credit card and when I came here to rerun the product then they said the payment will be return in 15-20 days through cheque (seems they do not have returned policy here) and thus I can not buy the same from online as my money got stuck
I will not recommend anyone to visit here as lot of option with lot of variety available online like flipkart and Amazone.

Not a good experience. The sales people are more loyal to the shop than customers and start pushing their own inventory & not what you want as per your choice or by company catalogue or company websites. Parking is a big problem.

Each staff member is trying to sell a particular brand and they often tell lies or fake features to promote their brand. It feels like shopping from palika bazar where each vendor is trying to outsell or promote their goods.

Previously ot was good but from last one or two year it is becoming worst. Purchased lenovo laptop in June month and they do not arrange for EMI and asked for full payment and within next month lots of problem came and need to submit lenovo service centre.

Bad experience rude staff they are try to sell expensive products and convince you for that.they dont even listen what is your budget.the mobile that we like from the display option is not in their stock.so why it is placed in the display options.i've already bought many electronic item from here but yesterday experience was so bad staff need to be more polite and seriously now i will never buy anything from vijaysales

Sales person are only promoting their prices they don't listen to customer even once. I went 2 times. Second time was my biggest mistake as not even single person attended me. And also billing department is non cooperative. They sell old products in sale, if you are going check product manufacturing date before buying.

There after sales support is pathetic. These sales agent didn't have the courtesy to follow up with the customer's requirement when the product gets sold.
I must mention that I haven't got proper bill for my AC which I purchased 10 days ago.
There so called sales person pretend to help you. But they are the reason you end up calling all their contacts but you reach no where.
I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this branch of vijay sales. And even if you do. Don't follow up with the salesperson name SACHIN. That's the truth. Thank you.

Their service is becoming really bad day by day, me and my friend went today there for buying some accessories for his mobile and they were least intrested in guiding us, we called the people more than 7 time, they just come and spend hardly 2 mins with us and tell us roughly the specifications of product, and then move away and also they had very low quantity of bluetooth earbuds. And i really recommend you not to go their janakpuri branch, i really found it disgusting. You can try their other branches they might be good.

Sales staff is manipulative and keeps giving wrong info.masks are just for show and no on is actually observing protocol and the sales and pricing tactics are questionable and untruthful

Vijay sales Janakpuri is the worst outlet I have ever visited in my life. I purchased a IFB dishwasher for the Janakpuri store on 08 April 21. The same was delivered on 10 April, the individual came to me for installation on 12 April. The product was a damaged product so was put for replacement. The replace which was to be made to me on 13 finaly was made on 14 April after I literally gave the threat to go to consumer to the IFB executive. In the mean time I kept on calling vijay sales but no one either at the store or at the call center responded to the calls I kept on trying for the call.and the worst part is that I still await for the installation of the product even after 7 days of my purchase.

Request all to avoid buying from vijay store in Janakpuri and if at all u bye they provide u a extended warranty which is waste of money as the company who's product u buy does not recognise it. And vijay store does not take ur call.so all in all I got fooled so place think twice before u do this purchase

Billing process is cumbersome and annoying. They do not provide carrybags either.
Apart from the competitive rates, the overall customer experience is disappointing.

A very pathetic and unprofessional services. I had purchase a LG Brand split AC 2 Ton Dual Inverter along with 5 KVA Stabilizer from Vijay Sales, Janapuri Store on 14-04-2021. Somehow they could not get the installation done, on escalation they asked me to return the products and they will refund the money. It is more than 8 days since they have taken the product back but neither refund the money nor bother to give me the status. Vijay Sales Janakpuri, New Delhi team is full of unprofessional, cheater and untruthful sales person who will make all kind of promises just to get money out of their customers pocket and once it is paid they customer is on their mercy that is what I have learnt to deal with them. I caution every customer who step in this stores must be careful so that no one like me landed up in such situation.

Worst ever electrical appliance shop in whole Delhi.
Before buying think thousands time.if you will have any problems in your delivered product.they will be out of reach. Visit the store if you want to be a fool.

There was a time a decade ago when Vijay Sales was dominating the market. The staff was then courteous but today they're arrogant. Then they treat you as god now they treat you like a beggar.
Vijay sales will be doomed for sure if they won't change their staff and service handler on the floor.

I went there to purchase a digital camera for my dad's tour, i asked them to turn ON the camera and they replied sir we don't have cells (Battery) then i came out from this shop by saying you have a big shop and you don't have cells, Even foot marketers would have cells, if i go there to purchase camera or something.

Good prices offered to public in first time only no comparison with the company and vijay sales they offer many things with electronic items u purcahsed from them

I went at paschim vihar branch to buy a home theatre. After making the payment, we came to know that home theatre is not in stock and then asked us to wait for 20 minutes to get the system from nearby branch. We were made to wait for 2 hours. Then we asked them to collect home theatre from other branch, then we waited for almost an hour to get the product. Worst experience of shopping till date.

Vijay Sales and Bajaj Finance are sitting there just to dupe people into buying things on EMI and they won't leave you until you purchase. Very unprofessional of Vijay sales at this location. Bad experience

They just make people fool the manager Mrs Hemlata and Salesperson Manish was not good in handling customers they are not on their words.they just make fool of the customers.they dnt provide exact product which they promise.so its my advice to other customer. "kindly dnt visit here. ".

Vijay Sales is one of the best and reputed place in electronics store industry. And this name ain't going to stop growing. The staff was actually helpful and take good care of you if you are really interested in buying any electronics. Plus prices of electronics are very reasonable and you can compare with the only pricing as well, they are still reasonable. You will find nearly everything related to an electronics here.

Complaint resolving. They don't reslove issue customer. Local brand vise very bad brand.own customer suffer more than time resolving customer issue.
