Amazing service. I Purchased a Sony TV and I was consulted by Mr. Rakesh and Kartik.
He very patiently made me walk through all the models and explained very nicely.
Good customer service and soft spoken staff

Experience is good, there are so many products also, also at good rates, Verity range of home appliances and good staf behaviour.

Pathetic service. Nobody was there to tell about the appliances. All the staff was standing and talking to each other. When asked about something it was being informed that staff is on lunch break… it was 2: 30 pm. They need to counsel their staff to work.

Good deal, poor aftersales. Salesmen Shubham claimed to have the TV installed the day of delivery.it's been 2 days since, no signs of installation. When asked politely, he said "mai bhi aaram se hi baat kr rha hu. " I don't see a scenario where you're allowed to be rude to your customers when they're not being rude either. Kindly look into it Vijay Sales.

Sujeet Mishra sir helped us in choosing the best microwave and blender and that too at best price. Highly impressed by the service

It is situated nearby Shahdara border. Take bus number 221 from Seelampur petrol pump or can take any bus going to Anand Vihar Terminal through flyover. Staffs take response but at the same time they engage into different other things ignoring your query. Although there are ample staffs at each branch of Vijay Sales but number of staffs doesn't help more people to get attended properly. Also while asking for information they ask to check on website rather providing information verbally.

Awesome experience with Mr. Parvez khan he is exceptionally expert in dealing with client. No client would move after dealing with him. So thank you vijay sales and parvez for a wonderful experience.

Not a pleasant experience at all, I recieved my fridge dented multiple times, and final product they delivered have different dimensions, which looks ugly, it is not the same same fridge I seen in showroom.

Help full staff. Will show you electronics devices around with detail features.prices are reasonable.

Overall a good place but the sales executive are kinda inexperienced every single guy tells different price for a single product.

Worst, noone pick up store number, store manager number is not answerable, no reply on mail worst support service, sorry there is no support. I really regret after purchasing a product from u.

This is a good showroom where you can find many home utility electronic items like AC, fridge, phones, microwave etc.

Price are not expensive and the staff is also courteous.

They don't even pick the phones. One second the bell rings continuously and no one picks. Then the other second that same number is busy. What to judge about the service they will provide afterwards.

Service is not good now. Earlier there were very good representative. But not now. Its difficult to understand really product good or not.

Very pathetic service. I given a complain for AC.two days back (on 1 sep 2019) after giving a complain they registered my complaint on third day (03sep. 2019) after calling.no massage/No reply/ No body pick up the call in Vijaya sales center (Dilshad Garden). No body listen our complaints.

You can buy branded electronic products from there but Prices are higher than others & service is bad.

The products on this branch of vijay sales are vast but customer care executives are less interested to handle the customers, the manager of this branch have no time for the customer he is just doing time pass. The executives are new so they don't have knowledge about the price of the products.

This is the showroom of electronic equipment. Here you will find almost all kinds of electronic items. There is large number of staff so you can get the electronic item properly.
