I went to this place to get I Phone 15. Staff is really helpful but their billing process is slow. There should be more counters in season time.

Worse Experience. Faisal is there who gives call to visit showroom after that each and every terms regarding price changes, no regard once you visit there showroom.don't even visit there showroom because it's a waist of time visiting there

Call kre to bol detey h ki company m dal diya h request but aya koi nhi h abhi tk.

Worst service ever. Never buy any product from them. They say that they will give u home service, but they have hidden terms n conditions for warranty period. We have to pay a good amount when we have problem with our washing machine. They didn't process the repair further unless we paid. Really frustrating experience. We have not got our machine yet even ater 8 days.

They are least interested in what you are asking, they keep in trying to sell the items which nobody wants to purchase. I just escape from buying old and low quality product.

Ok, this place is nearby metro stations, so it's easy to reach there. I visited the place to buy an air cooler, they didn't have enough models. Though the staff was courteous and paid enough attention. I guess there are three floors in this shop. I visited there, had a small interaction with staff, couldn't get an opportunity to buy anything, so service whatever I got was ok

Great knowledge of appliance items available in store. Representatives have good knowledge good skills about the product and also they have marketing skills as well as all present item very well with the complete details especially air conditioner department Yashpal Rawat time washing machine department Deepti.

Not ready to take the call I have tried many times to contact them but they haven't been picking the call. Wrost customer services I have ever met in my life. I could have given zero star if there was any option

Variety good, prices sometimes reasonable sometimes expensive, nearby electronics shops are also there which sometimes give bargains price, check that also

They are fraud people
Have sold me Ac by saying the installation is free and extended warranty is from manufecturer
However they now want to claim installation fees
And denied the 5 year extended warranty
No one is picking up phone
All of them are fraud
Please don't purchase from them

as I had purchased an AC on 1st July 2021 but my AC is not yet delivered.even I had make calls for remind them is my AC is not delivered.but it’s a big task to make calls to them because they are not picking any calls.motivate is only sale the product and after sale services are very poor. I’m really disappointed with Vijay sales Uttam Nagar.i haven’t find any option to give them zero (0) star because it’s Don’t even deserve 1star but unfortunately I’ve to give minimum 1star.

Absolutely right place to visit for electronic items.i uave purchased.washing machine. Ans TV.they have friendly behaviour with us with respect.and after sale service is just awesome.without calling.they coke home for service and installation.of items.

Purchased an Split AC (Voltas, Tata Product)
Issues:
1. Delay delivery: They told to deliver next day but took 3 days
2. Installation Issues: inexperienced installation team, don't know solutions, they only talk about problems. Also they will not install same day of delivery.
3. High cost copper wire: 850rs/metre
4. When AC was unboxed, AC remote was missing
5. Once we complained, they had no idea about the installation team.

I have purchase Daikin Air Conditioner 2nd July 2021, Company'sInstallation charge fix and Other extra material charges very high.

We purchased a television set they just did the delivery but did not generate a request for installation neither they informed that we have to do it ourselves. And after the purchase is done they Will not entertain you neither their number is available. Totally disappointed from their customer service last buy from my end. Pathetic service

They demand higher prices. But you can bargain or show them by checking the price online on the Amazon, vijay sales and etc,

Pathetic service. Blocked my money for over 72 hours and when I am seeking support, they are not even responding. Very much irresponsible, incompetent and arrogant staffs.

Very poor Service. I purchased a Godrej Washing Machine. Vijay Sales asked me to pay ₹1500 more to get two additional years of warranty. I paid it. Now I have issue with the machine. I am trying from past 15 days but there contact number is not working and 3 days ago when it worked. The executive said that the engineer will visit in 2-3 days. But no one has visited and contact number is again not working
