Worst place to buy appliances from, I bought a cook top of whirlpool brand. They advised us to buy extended warranty saying that all repair and visitation expenses will be covered. And when the problem does occur and you call their customer care they either say that that issue is not included under us and the company will cover it or they send people who have no knowledge about the appliance. They don't even clarify that the warrenty in not company Warrenty and it's their own. So when u try to contact the company they charge money. I have been a loyal Vijay sales customer for a while but not anymore.

A great place to shop for household electronic items. Been buying for a long time. Great after sales service as well.

Bought a whirlpool hob from them, it started throwing black flames just after the first week of using it and all my utensils started to turn black from bottom. More over it start making weird bursting sound whenever I used to start the burner. What a waste of money. And very poor customer service. They stop receiving your calls once you complaint them about the product and ask for replacement

The staff lacks knowledge related to ongoing schemes, product features, etc.
They will say anything to crack the deal.
Beware and stay cautious before making any purchase from here.

It was exactly a week back that I went to Vijay Sales Pitampura, on it's upper floors to buy a laptop for my brother.
We had this almost a two hour long marathon negotiations and laptop checking with their staff. When we finalised this Acer gizmo for an approximate worth of Rs 60000/-.

All went smooth like any other regular electronic purchase. And than finally we selected it and made the financing formalities with their Bajaj Finance person. It was almost around 9: 30 pm by that time.

Store was almost half empty as they were doing their day closure and probably we were the last customers looking to have this purchase. No doubt we both (me and my brother) we're quite excited, as would every middle class be, while buying a costly item like this laptop.

Well to the final transaction they asked me to visit their ground floor accounting desk and I followed while leaving my brother on the upper floor with our new laptop.

While the accountant was settling my bill and it was taking some time, I thought to see the nearby appliances available and I zeroed on to this Apple Mac Book of worth around ₹90000/- (Ninety Thousand) prominently kept as a display piece on a desk nearby. As it was password locked at that time so I asked a fellow who was standing nearby me and wearing a red IDFC logo TT-shirt to please unlock this Mac book. There were other such staff members too, probably appointed by IDFC to look out for financing needs of Vijay Sales customers like Bajaj Finance staff was also there).

Although he came immediately to my help but while opening this Laptop he asked me to my strange, 'aap is laptop ko kyo kholna chahte ho? (why do you want to open this laptop?) ', I was quite a back with this question but I still replied ' mai ise dekhna chahta hu, isliye. (Just to see it, that's why) '. He didn't stop there and further enquired ' aap isme kya dekhna chahte hai? ('why do you want to see it?) '.

Now this was getting embarrassing, but still I kept my cool and replied, 'Sir mujhe poora vishwas he ki ye laptop ek display piece hai aur ise yaha isi liye rakha hai ko customers ise dekh saken.aur mai wahi kar raha hu. (Sir I am sure it's a laptop piece and is kept here for the customer to see it and feel it by themselves, and this is what I am doing) '.

Now what he said after this was alarming to me, he replied 'Dekho aap ise nahi chhoot sakte, please ise chhod dein, (See, you can't touch this laptop, you should move yourself).

As this was something I never excepted, these statements of the IDFC staff really pinched me. But I have no other option but to move my hands off the Mac Book and I immediately went to the accounts desk. Where I waited impatiently for my billing as it was suddenly getting very difficult for me to stand there at that moment, As all my enthusiasm of buying this laptop was lost somewhere.

In a while when the accountant cleared my bills I asked politely, 'Sir, kya yahan rakhe hue display piece customers k dekhne k liye nahi hai? (Sir are the display pieces kept here not meant for the customers to see?) ', he said, 'Nahi Sir aap hi k liye hai, par kya hua aap aisa kyo pooch rahe hai? (No Sir, they are meant for (customers like) you. But why are you asking this

TOTALLY DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICES. BRAUGHT AN AC ON 7/9/21 AND WAS TOLD TAT T AC WILL REACH TO MY RESIDECE WITH INVOICE. THE PRODUCT REACHED BUT WITHOUT INVOICE. HAD TO CALL THEM BUT WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE BILL. SENT SOMEONE TO COLLECT THE BILL FROM STORE, STILL NOT PROVIDED WITH THE BILL. WAS TOLD THAT BILL IS NOT AVAILABLE AT STORE AND IT WILL BE EMAILED. COULD NOT GIVE ZERO STARS AS THE OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE BUT THE DESERVE A BIG ZERO

Vijay Sales in pitampura is fraud, They are cheating with customers. They are wasting time of customer and manipulating them.
They are not providing full information, they are actually playing with customer trust. So, I am strongly disappointed from there services.
Fraud fraud fraud fraud………….

Sales person Rahul in chimni section dont even know how to deal with customer not even bother to reply on phn properly. Lot of purchased done with vijay sales M2K but first time buy from pitampura one word for them. PATHETIC

Poor product ordered chimney and chulah. Found missing parts after opened the sealed box. No replying from store also. Poor service.

Worst customer services ever. I purchase product 2 days back and made payment. But I didn't get delhivery till now. I am continuously calling the store but they are not responding anything. Really poor working.

All electronics items starting from Mobile phones to Air conditioners under one place and at attractive offers. Prices and services are very good.

I buy lots of product but this time i feel vijay sales after sale service is worst. I bought new daikin invertor split ac which got manufacturing default and they refuse to replace that we can only replace if item is packed how can customer know without installation that item is faulty or not. I am not going for my any new purchase from there now and suggest others not to buy from them

Phone is always busy. If by chance it's not busy then they won't pick up. Ordered a product. Did not get delivery yet. Call center says branch not responding on query. No process of escalation. Asking me to revisit branch to check why order was not delivered.

Not a good store. The employees trick the customers into buying products by lying to them about the schemes and taxable prices and later on deny making such statements. Moreover, the staff wasn't knowledgable about the products. Not a good store to put your trust in.

Chanchal one of the employees deceived me for a sale today which is really unacceptable. Not only she gave a false promise about installation of samsung TV but when I tried to confront her on phone she lied about the conversation.

Regular visitor to this store. Recently bought my laptop from here. Great stuff. They even offer good deals & discounts. Parking is a issue but the staff helps you with that.

It's a good store. But recently I purchased a refrigerator from there and they send me dented fridge. But there sales person person help me most. Not all the sales person are good. Luckily i met the good one.but then lockdown is happened and I got stuck as no delivery has been made.

Went to buy mobile, employee were trying to mislead me and other customers.they were not aware i am technically sound and have more knowledge then them.

I am regular customer of the store. I have purchased a lot of items from the store for our use at home. I purchased electronic products for my daughter at the time of her marriage. Very cooperative and well mannered staff. The delivery was done as promised and also Installation process was started immediately after purchase. Rates are also competitive. Great experience!

Very bad experience. Received a damage product asking for replacement but they did not received a single call from my side after that they took long time to replace. I had purchased two (refrigerator and haier ac, ac had purchased a year ago) from vijay sales. And both are damaged. It is only harassment to customers and nothing else. They are not even so helpful. They do only those things they want. Before billing they had response all ur queries and requests but after billing they even not listen anything. Very bad experience for me with vijay sales.

Very disinterested sales person. Probably we reached early in morning when store just opened (little before 11: 30 am). Gave less price for my device for exchange using Cashify while I got more when I checked myself! Very different experience in this store! Though Uttam Nagar store is little chaotic on ground floor but you get basics right there!

This place is good but one thing also required here bargaining. They provide discount and if you will do bargaining then they will give more discount.

What a worst service i have experienced till yet. Purchased a washing machine from this store firstly they said it will be delivered within 24 hours the person will deliver but no one arrived i called them no response and them when they delivered after that the person informed me said installation would be done no till date has arrived and when i am calling the vijay sales number which is mentioned is buzy all the hell time!
IT HAD BEEN 3 DAYS till noone has arrived what kind of professionalism is this and dont you people have any sense of resposibility

Most Worse retail brand I have ever seen in my life even I don't wanna buy any products from there, no guidance, no education of products, even they don't need to know which kind of products customer want with their recruitment. From next time I won't ever prefer anyone to visit there to buy any product, was really bad experience for me.

Very poor customer approach. Not even deserve one star but i don't have option. Rude behaviour. Product inventory not updated so they easily kill your time. And finally what they delivered after 45 min check out time stopped working in 4 hours. Think twice before going here.

Changing my review from 5-1 as they cheat people, offer discounts then ask people if they want the extended warranty and if we say yes they don't inform us its not the companies warranty but Vijay sales so the discount they give is nothing and warranty is useless

My personal experience is not so good, they told me we will deliever and install it by tommorrow, but they not even registerd my request. I m trying to call but phone is continously busy from last two days

Nobody lifting landline always busy.i just purchase 2 items since last four days but unfortunately they are not delivered till date.so surprising.

Worst experience. Got blue star window ac 8 days before. No installation till now. No one listens vijay sale or blue star. Both are giving daily assurance. Will never go to vijay sale again

I did not have the option to give lower than this. I bought a washing machine with a cashback deal. It has been 270 days or so and still i have not received a cashback. Zero customer service. Nobody will pick the phone. I would not recommend Vijay Sales to anyone.
