I had a great experience when I had to take a phone or I was very confused but the salesman there helped me a lot and the staff was very helpful if I had to buy anything then I would come here.

Variety of electronic products at reasonable rates plus discount on credit card is attractive but one thing that must be improved is after finalizing the deal customer is asked to go downstairs to give payment that is somehow irritating the sales person should accompany you till final payment is made otherwise nice experience

They did not have the model i wanted but they did say so at the start and did not waste any of my time about that.i have bough heater, tv and a lot of other appliances and have been happy with service and behavior of staff

I had purchased a 2 ton AC from Voltas. It's been a one month that it turned out to be broken.outdoor unit side se damage hai jiski wajah se problem aa rahi hai, pichle 2 week se complaint kar raha hu par koi sunwai nahi hai, abhi 1 month bhi nahi hua hai ac ko liye, You people take full money from the customer, It is the duty of you people to make help

Lots of product variety and samples to show but unable to meet service and delivery deadlines. Never deliver product on time, poor customer support, no one to take ownership after sales.
Employee will not even provide correct contact number, Given number of Ashok which was switched off, store landline number is only for ringing, they will not even pick the calls and after 7 days of mentioned delivery date they (Uday & Manit) came with the product delivery and asking for Rs. 1500 to deliver the product on first floor. They have given useless excuses to charge.
This kind of behaviour and service they provide. I am helpless bcz they already taken the money and my product is still in the store.
I have attached the bill copy as well.

I purchased a faber hob from them for 27000 and they delivered me fake defective product, now they are not even registering my complaint.

Worst service. We bought a microwave of 28L. They were sending us off with 20L instead. When we asked them, they made us wait for 45 minutes. No body had any clue about the model where abouts. Mr. Asif (the floor manager of second floor) was absconding, In ground floor Rahul Sareen could help us in no ways. We pleaded to meet the store manager, Ali. He was also not found.
Then when after 45 minutes finally the item arrived. They had not printed some serial number on bill. Another 15 minutes gone.
Useless staff. No managers to take care of the customers. They r all busy among themselves.
Worst experience ever. Be careful with the product you are buying

Not good. Befaviour of Staff posing as senior sales representative was not polite. Rather It was aggressive and did not sound good.

I have been Customer since 2015 and Liked all services. But this time 2021 I purchased a Smart watch. I am not satisfied with its quality. Its 2 days old and Packed. I want it to be exchanged please suggest procedure. Otherwise Best place for all appliances

Lady On billing counter so arrogant foul speaking I just try to pay through samsung pay this is not accepted hear I just ask why she said I have no resion but we don't accept this. Will complant to samsung pay also

Everything available at right price. Staff is also humble. But few new models of some products were available with the authorized dealers but the same were not available here at vijay sales.

Very bad experience and an unprofessional staff.lady at the mobile counter had no sense of how talking to a customer and don't know how to deal properly she is just trying to grab customers thats it.try Croma their staff give u proper attention and demo of product.

You can negotiate with the staff, also if you wanna compare, you can visit Chroma just across the the road.but the prices here are pretty immpressive.

The billing is super slow and the person billing had a very bad personality will not recommend going there at all

Iam buy new laptops price 55000rupees at vijaysale on 13 July 2021 and after ten day product was not working and found foult in mother board get not any help of Vijay sale he recommended goto service center

It was good but now has gone worst. They should hire a new staff who are professional and i really do not want to use any foul language but their staff treats the customer too unprofessionaly, treating the customer on the basis of what are they wearing or how old they are or clarifying customer doubts is a big big challenge for them. Vijay sales. Wake up!

Visited today for buying laptop. Saw staff too busy in their own stuff. No customer proper attention and guidance was there. So, left without buying anything in 5 minutes. Poor customer respect and response.

Genuine price good place to buy electronics items everything is available regarding home appliance staff is also polite and guide correct product as per requirement.

I and my family are regular visitors of Vijay sales, but this time it was not less than a horrible experience, I got my ac delivery 2days late after requesting them. These people will never pickup ur phone. At the time of delivery the delivery man charged 300rs extra for the delivery which was supposed to be included in the purchase. Still no problem, but the thing is I got my ac wet with the cartain uncovered pics will attach to this post, fine but also the product was broken from inside.

Changing my rating from 4 to 1.as i have faced very bad experience from online portal.
If you want to save your hard earned money.never trust them.shopes near to your house or amazon have great policy to treat and respect customer.

Worst poor customer service.dont belive Blindly me just write an email to any or thier avaialble email ids.they dont bother to reply after multiple reminders.

Vijay sales is the only Electronic store among others in vicinity which will offer the cheapest rates on the products. You can vouch VJ for this and ofc the delivery and offers are great too. Avoid going over the weekends, due to parking space crunch and queue mismanagement big time.

VERY GOOD VERITY SO MANY BRANDS BUT REMEMBER BARGAINING IS A MUST IF YOU BARGAIN SURELY YOU WILL GET THE ITEM BELOW THE TAG PRICE

Good variety & Card offers available. But sales persons dont clarify that the extended warranty options are generally through third party &not direct company whose products are being bought.

I purchased 3 electronic item from here. Led screen had become some fault after three months but they immidiate made changed it's complete pannel by company within 3 days and took proper follow up. Therefore, I am very much satisfied and was nice experience. All brands are also available on best prices.

Salespersons were not taking interest in showing the product. Deals available were not too good. I would recommend Croma.

Good collection of electronics along with super help full staff. I am deducting 2 stars due to my experience when they did not disclose a very important detail for a deal on a TV that they were offering that it was the display TV and not from the stock. But other than that they have good offers. Definitely worth checking out as they have highly competitive prices.

I had a horrible experience, the staff miss lead us with information and have to visit there three times for an order.
After all this hassle the bill has the wrong model number and have to wait for an hour just for the bill.

Large variety of products but service is not good.got broken display tv delivered and when i called to send the new piece they said can't deliver today.had to go on my own to get it changed.you are like god to them till u haven't paid money after billing they become rude n least bothered

After that when we call, 1guy came and show and we pay after getting payment done salesman was invisible
They promise us that they will send boy for installation/demo in morning but they send after 2days
