My father is admitted on vikas hospital due to severe headache and stff given proper treatment to my father. Faculty behavior was very good. Over all excellent feedback.

My mother is admitted in vikas hospital due to high BP. Treatment given to my mother is very good. All investigations done properly and in well mannered. And within 3 days my mother recovered properly.

This is the worst hospital i have ever been in my life.unqualified quacks.
Nurses are very bad they don't even have good knowledge. There is no such thing called "blood bank" is available. Worst hospital.

We are grateful to the whole team of Vikas hospital specially Doctor Seema Pandey. Wish to thank Nurse Aarti for being so nice to us. Cleanliness and Food have been taken care off well.

Would've gone lower if possible. What joke! This ain't no hospital. This is a building in 1000 sq.mtrs and 5 rooms cut in. Service is disastrous. Not blaming the nurses or anything but the owner. Charges are questionablly extravagant and the service. For food, 10rs oats and bread jam all day round. Like seriously! You ain't fostering 10 year olds here. For discharge alone, they took freaking whole day for processing. The whole work culture around here is a ridiculous. If I would be the owner, I'd shut it down. Ain't doing no good to anyone! Abomination for a hospital. Not just disappointed but disgusted!

Very bad experience. The staff have the worst attitude, you can imagine. The doctors were misbehaving when I was asking what kind of treatment they were to my relatives because they were not getting better and they will charge you money like you are in a world class hospital. Not recommended.

I would like to mention by heart greatful for Mr. Kuldeep Yadav and Ms. Muskan nursing staff in ICU.
When my son was on super critical situation. Mr. Kuldeep applied his excellent experience to save a life. We all were just crying even not having idea what to do. All ICU staff came up on super fast mode and Kuldeep has not waited for anyone and took my son to ICU in his hand did his best and save my son's life.

Worst hospital in najafgarh and the way treated patients is very bed and for person having govt penal they treated as they are doing charity.

At Reception counter person have no knowledge about how to speak patients.

Cuing for 20 minutes, a bit chaotic, but many helpers, even Doctor inquiring before bei g accepted as beneficiary.
The actual Vaccination smoothly happening.certificate immediately issued.
Very good caring after the shot, resting for 30 minutes possible.

Very bad Experience with vikas hospital.they do not care about their patients at all.the only thing they care about is MONEY. Very unhygienic hospital with very rude staff. I will never recommend anyone to go there. Their eyes will be on your pocket only.

Very veryyyyyy poor service, nurses even don't know how to fix canvella and this is my personal experience today, they tried 6 times in my hand and they are unable to fix it very shamefull, worst service ever, I m requesting uh that please hire only experienced staff and also nurses do not pay attention at all, the hospital just wants money! So bad experience

Very poor service at reception/cash counter and everywhere in there counter. Took almost 3 hour to get the discharge/billing done at this place. Whenever you ask at the cash couter that " sir how long will take to make the billing done "every time you get the answer that its in process. Better you go to nearest gov hospital and avoid this place for better service.

I went to ENT department Dr Yogendra for my acute ear pain in RT ear. Dr Yogendra is such a nice gentleman. His cordial and cooperative approach towards me felt very good. He removed my ear wax easily and prescribed reqd medicines. Excellent Dr. A big thanks

I went to vikas hospital for dressing at 8 pm, stayed their for half an hour but no one attended me when I asked dr parmod kataria for how long I have to wait as 2 of his staff members refuses to come, he bluntly told me you have to wait and also raised his voice by saying have you seen the time why do come here at 8 pm, it is staff changing time dono come here again at this time. He continued arguing with me and my wife till the time we left the hospital. He was litterly shouting on us.
Vikas hospital it is your bad to have these kind of disrespectfull and inhuman doctors who cannot attend the patients in a private hospital where people pay them for there service.
He himself was in 8 o clock shift and came at 8.20

Nice hospital for whom who is interested to loose their money for poor services, very costly services, after getting impanel some government authority, they not taking proper attention to improve there quality and services.

Receptionist is not dealing well with the patients. She does not know how to tallk with the patients and they can't give the priority to the patients. Hospital is good and doctors was also qualified but the hospital staff is unqualified.

Hospitals are not for nice visits But overall it was a nice time there. Reception staff is quite cooperative and nicely coordinating.

Very disappointing service. No value of time. Doctors need to learn punctuality. They have mentioned the time of each doctors in website but its useless as here the doctors are uneducated about time.they could make d patient wait for hours

Very poor service. Misbehaving staff and even doctors. Do not go there if you want to get better. I was admitted myself and was given horrible treatment. They dropped me on the stairs while taking me to the ambulance. The nurse left all the patients in the car without even the ac on. And she herself went inside the doctor's lab (nearby lab for x ray and blood tests). I asked a person in the road to open the car door and went I inside to. Scolded the nurse asked someone there to remove the needle on my hand and ran home. Seriously. Very awful hospital. Don't know why it is still working.

Very bad hospital. Dont go if you care for your life. My sister was admitted for 4 days and showed no improvement. Bad staff. Horrible behavior of doctor. Very poor.

Good medical support and best equipment facility available there with good and understandable staff almost every thing is good and Diagnostic lab is also present there with in a day report generation but it is bit expensive.

Only been once here for a fracture treatment of my friend and the staff showed support and helped us out timely.

1. Unprofessional language used staff.
2. Staff foursfull advice to submit all dues in a same day.
3. Leb and mediacion department saperatly. And they are not compromise for all due.
4. Canteen service not available 24 hours.

Waiting time for consultation is so long that u would feel like u are in govt. None of the doctors are punctual regarding their visiting hours. They are 2 to 3 Hrs late most of the days.
