Very spacious, big, 3 side open flats having wide corridors. Excellent location

Please do not consider buying a flat here or even shifting on rent. Very poor management and the building condition is not at all in good shape very poor construction. Dealers will convince you that repair/renovations are happening but its all useless. Thrice the contracts have been changed for repair/renovations and this a continuous money drain from the owners!
Very thin walls, lot of water seepages, cracks in multiple places in the flats and building, newly built balcony have developed huge cracks, new made staircases are in bad shape. Two months ago a chunk of lobby wall (6th floor) in C2 block feel.
Society park is in pathetic condition! No events on holi, diwali etc. If you purchase a flat here you will regret your choice! DDA flat is WAY better than this building. We ourselves are looking on moving out of here (we are on rent) koi society mai zyada rent pe chale jaenge but kum rent ke chakkar mai iss bekar construction mai nahi rahenge!
Alot and alot of disturbances due to these renovation guys and these guys some pace are occupied for parking. Again pathetic management and construction.
If you are interested in sector 12 please consider some other society but NOT Vimal CGHS

Extremely bad construction. Flat sizes are good but flats can give you serious issues. Poor cement is being used

Horrible construction quality. Entire society looks deteriorated with serious structural integrity.
