Not happy customers service not good how to deal their customers even their boys have not good knowledge for their offer

There are great varieties of products to choose from and offers are running on majority of them in random basis.

However, one thing to keep in mind is that the checkout/billing process is a hassle.
There are 6-7 counters available but mostly only 1 or 2 would be available to bill the amount.this creates a long que and ultimately the purpose of saving time by getting everything under 1 roof is lost.
The staff is just okay to say the most.

Overall it's good for shopping but if you request the staff to get a basket when there is non on the floor to I requested three of them but non of them got me one very sad the only answer was from the staff was in is all Downtsair it will come I was in 3rd floor for at least 25mt

Vishal Mega Mart Govindpuri is worst place to visit, no parking to park car. Staff is not aware about the items on which counters they are lying, AC does not work properly, no network connection on first and second floor, you have to go on the extreme corner window side if you want to send any msg or you want to talk to anyone. Very less staff available on the payment counters, you have to stand in long queue for the payment. Same old oudated stuff you will find there.

Before leaving counter check your bill and sum the cost as they can cheat you in doing sum. And later they will say that you have bought the other materials that is why the amount was added. Specifically take care when you buy any materials under any offer scheme.

Other than it, it is ok to buy any material of your choice as per your pocket money and choice. Lot of rush here.

A good supermarket in Siwan to get A to Z things including food items, clothes, toys, footwear etc.
But food items and daily use things are usually higher priced than market place, so buy these things only if these are on discount or you are very lazy.

Situated in main road of Govindpuri. There is issue with parking area. Although u get all product at good rate. They will charge for polybag. Better to bring bag with you.

I had a very pathetic experience in this Vishal mega Mart. The structure and the placement of goods was very awkward and the staff working there was very unprofessional. There was 150 rupees discount on the Dabur honey but when I was doing the building in the ground floor did not provide any kind of discount to which I did not pay attention at the time but after sometime when I am matched with the bill I saw that the discount amount was not provided then I returned back to the customer desk and asked about the issue to which they replied that there was no such discounts but I showed them the picture after which they the returned the amount of money and take back the product.

A large variety of products to choose from and yet it is very economic. It's almost impossible to get such quality of products at such low prices nowadays.

My experience was neither great nor bad its average some of the stuff are good according to their price but some products cost too high but overall it's ok

Product is good but staff is so rude.
Koi managment khud ek bar customer aakar dekhe ki staff kitna rude or billing counter pr ghanto intezaar krna padta. Kabhi staff nhi hai to kabhi system nahi chal raha.

Very bad experience, one sale girl start arguments with me, her name was mamta very arogent, ill manors, she just don't wana work so she tell to customers to do her work, so I didn't like her behavior

Overall good for small day to day knick knacks. However billing always is very time consuming as only 1 or 2 counters are operating for billing.

Staff boy are not much supportive. I asked them for product, he says jo hai yahi hai fekh lo. Even after that i searched product by myself.

Over all good experience just few things are not available like blazer and having two changing room can be a disadvantage otherwise it has three floors and having good probabilty to find goods.

If you want to purchase clothes for Kids, this place has it all. Rates and quality better than so called huge markets like Lajpat, SN etc. You can also got Men's and Women's clothes and groceries store in basement.

Wow it's huge building in crowded place. Lot of things in systematically arranged. But quality of clothes are not good. Kachha rang.and 2nd most defective thing is no parking due to it's in main road of Govindpuri. Good thing is near C R Park, Kalkaji.
