Employees are well trained and customer friendly. Though the outlet look and feel is a little lower than some other service centers but work was done efficiently, and that is what counts.
The service center was very nice. Receptionist and service person was very good in conversation. My device repaired under 1 hour only. Also one person is there for serve Coffee and snacks to customer.
A proud Vivo user! I have a green line issue on my X60 8+128 just after I got an update in July 2023 and that made me very worried because I was short on funds to get it repaired or buy a new phone. I have called there and Madam Priya has attended me and booked my appointment. The staff are very polite and helpful including the lady who attended me and the gentleman who repaired my phone. They got a customer for life. I am very happy with their service and dedication to serve a customer.
Outstanding service i have visited to replace the back cover of iqoo3 done it within 30 minutes and they offered Tea and biscuits. Customer service executives are also so professional.
My phone had a green line after updating. They replaced my screen free of cost even though my phone was out of warranty. Very nice staff and systematic way of work.
Very nice experience. Professional people, had a problem with my mobile display, there replaced the display within an hour. Provided free wifi as well while waiting. Highly recommend this place for any vivo services
Vivo and Iqoo mobile service centre. Tokens system. One has to wait for their turn. Be cautious and read carefully while signing the job card. Once you acknowledge / sign the job card means you accepted what was written by the executive. It will take around two hours for job card completion depending upon the mobile complaint.
Vivo service centre at north delhi place kamla magar main road. I had been going for my vivo mobile my mobile is not working well so i decided to go to the service center but firstly they are not responsible for your product for any other problem found on checking time they took me a bond of paper. If you do not sign then they do not check your mobile. So I decided to check my mobile after that they told me the mobile has a board issue they told me the charge is around 12000. After that i am thinking and decide not to make it. I am going back to my mobile and found the mobile has a finger print issue.
All are fraud They only make money My phone was in warranty even they only made false excuses and ask for charge

Very poor and weak service center It has been morning till evening till now the phone is not correct The employee's behavior is also not good, no one answers properly
I am upset with the phone quality that it has only been like 4 months since i purchased my phone and the phone display stopped working! I am very disappointed with the product! I was a hardcore iphone user from past 6 years and i trusted the brand Iqoo. A visit to the service centre can be quite frustrating however, the guys there been helpful and were very prompt to arrange the display from other Wearhouse as it was not available in there! Kudos to the team!
