I availed slimming and beauty services from here. And the services I got here was more then my expectations. Everything was so clean and tidy, and the prices are very reasonable compared to the services they render.

Pathetic service…. Useless stafff…. Useless management…don’t ever go for vlcc model town.
First they will push you to buy their services and then their behaviour would be like who are you we don’t you…completely careless.

I had really a very bad experience in Vlcc model town. The staff is pushy and services are pathetic.
1. I had a laser package. Technician at first burnt my skin. Moreover, they won't give appointment easily once package is taken.
2. I took volite face treatment. The results are disappointing. 2ml volite was enough but they persuaded me for 3ml just for looting money. Now there is a dark spot on my face because they never told any precautions before volite treatment.
3.velashape doctor burnt my tummy. I have a permanent dark mark on my tummy.

Worse services are provided in model town branch at the time of booking they promise to provide good services.when the tym of services is there.every tym new doctor is there.there is no follow up from customer they just book services that's all

I have been using their products and services i appreciate their system more than anything. Love the brand.

Got call from their staff for hair spa deal in 499 and they said thrice on call for ANY LENGTH
After reaching salon taking service in between also they said its for 499 only
At counter when i was about to pay them, that woman asked me to pay double amount and said there was no such deal, “show us in written “
They had my appointment from same call and at the time of billing she denied
Its not about money but one should not take money from customers in such ways
SPOILING PROFESSION AND BRAND
Never ever going for VLCC MODEL TOWN Branch for anything and will never recommend anyone and let know everyone how fraud this model town branch and staff her plays with clients

They will call u.follow u up on calls.they promise u to deliver the best services at lowest prices.but ohh my god.surely just visit once.nd the people are going to deny as it is and charge u triple the money!
Unproffesional staff.be it the managers or the working beauticians, hairdressers.i think the owners are not even aware what is happening in the salon.and if they are.god forbid.there aint much time left when this branch is going to shut down!
DO NOT VISIT VLCC MODEL TOWN EVER!
