I had liposuction surgery and as doctor suggested for lymphatic drainage massages post surgery, I went to VLCC GK M block for the same. Therapist Pinki is assigned to me for the massages. She is very friendly and understanding. So far I have had few sessions with her and my recovery is going very well. She is well trained and experienced therapist. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.

The services are good but the people will make you fool by suggesting wrong services and they will tell you wrong bank offers. Got cheated and still trying to recover the lost money from them.

My sister and I took the pedicure and manicure package. The staff was very polite and we had the best time at the salon. Would visit again for their peaceful salon services.

VLCC Gk 2 is absolutely the worst place to opt laser hair removal treatment from. They’re the worst with their services, no one picks up the calls when you want to book an appointment, your services keep getting delayed and the treatment is also not effective because laser hair removal is all about getting your sessions timely. Their manager Pratibha is highly unprofessional. I tried to contact her with all the problems that i was facing and instead of helping me resolve them, she was really rude to me and even shouted on me. Even after all that I politely asked them to shift my center from GK 2 to Malviya nagar because it was taking a toll on my mental health to keep dealing with them again and again. I have been calling them since two days to just drop a mail to the center, it’s taken them two days to just drop an e-mail. Now, the person I was in contact with has also stopped taking my calls and is avoiding me. Their former laser technician Megha was utterly unprofessional with her services, hardly ever applied moisturiser during or after the treatment.
Seriously, I will never ever recommend anyone to take any services from VLCC GK 2 whatsoever. From the unprofessional attitude they have towards their customers to the terribly lazy staff they have, nothing is good about the center. They’re the absolute worst.

I had visited here today (23 jan) via prior appointment provided by Ms Khusboo. She commited for trial but after visiting the location they denied for providing the services even for the paid service which comes under republic offer. Its totally harassing to call and not giving services. I travelled to almost 40km to reach there.

Even my doctor suggested joining the weight loss program of VLCC! Yes, it has really given me good results.

The weight loss program of VLCC is designed and administered by experienced professionals. The results are very positive.

Very nice service… Hair spa done by Rahul was awesome and was very relaxing. Manicure and Pedicure service was also very nice. This was also done by Rahul and Kishan and was done very smoothly and perfectly. Go for it….

From past one year, the Work From Home routine affected my active lifestyle. But, after getting in touch with the weight loss management team of VLCC, I have realized ways to regain confidence and lose extra kilos.

Laser with Megha is extremely good, very happy!
Laser with Megha & Massage with Sanju is only thing to go for otherwise all is waste of money. Sometime I feel they don't want to be bothered, however they feel like doing it they will do once you get trapped in the package system. Please be careful.

Getting my laser from VLCC gk2 very good experience. Megha did my laser. Session was very comfortable and experience was good.

Booked an appointment and reconfirmed thriced regarding the treatment that I needed but when I showed up they said they didn’t have the equipment to do the treatment!

VLCC you are tarnishing your name with such bad service

The staff is just unfriendly and rude. But that's always a reflection of how they are trained and I believe there is a great change in management needed for this staff to attend customers, let alone be nice to them.
Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

Note for employees: Don work in this VLCC center, they can fire you any time, Without giving any warning or time. And they also holds the Salary of the employees.

I do not recommend VLCC GK 2 for weight loss to any one, at the time of buying the weight loss programme Dr Neelam will call you ten times to pay online today, discounts, offers.
After that you do not ask what is there module, what is their weight loss plan and you keep calling Dr Neelam she will never pick it up. They are always out of staff, machines and will give silly excuses for not doing the proper treatment as planned because the real reason is their machines are not working or staff is on leave.
VLCC weight loss programme is good but its not at all implemented at GK 2 branch. So don't waste your money. Hope Now Dr Neelam gives me a call back.

HIGHLY UNRELIABLE, WASTE OF MONEY, ENERGY AND TIME
The staff will try to fool by giving lucrative offers and then finally u will end up paying for an inferior service/products. I booked a laser session for their lastest technology (suparano/painless) but to my dissapointment they used an inferior diode machine/ older technology. This one was extremely painful (waxing is way better than this). Even after explaining it completely to the staff members and the technicians including Shireen who also booked my appointment and charged for the technique which was not offered to me, i ended up paying for the service which was inferior. I had paid the same amount last time for laser session suprano/ painless technique at vlcc nfc centre. I felt cheated completely and not going to visit vlcc again. The lady who booked my appointment fooled me.

Friendly advice to everyone.there are several skin and beauty clinics in gk 2 which are genuine and reasonably priced or atleast they will charge for they offer. Please dont visit VLCC.

DON'T OPT FOR LASER REDUCTION SERVICES AT THIS CENTRE AT ALL.
Payment upfront at the time of enrolment, services delayed or denied at every point of time post initial sessions, staff is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and unfit to be seated for customer servicing, results will not be upto your satisfaction due to unavailability of their machine forever and by higher management at the centre or on call at the helpline number, they mean no one cares, please keep ranting.
Got lured into enrolling and paying in good faith after being a usual visitor to VLCC GK1, got my money blocked, patience tested and 0 satisfaction.
WASTE OF TIME, MONEY ADN ENERGY. REFRAIN FROM ENROLLING WITH THE BRANCH AT GK2.

Also, 1 star only given because it was mandatory. Not worth that even.

Their qualityand service have deteriorated drastically. They have messed up timings, schedules and their customer relationship has become terrible now in the last one year. I think their staff has changed and the new staff seem to be rude and absolutely incapable especially this branch.

When the money had to be paid they called me every day. And now I can’t get an appointment even after calling continuously. They will give an appapinent to appease me and cancel the appoint a day before citing something being wrong with the machine. What a scam!
