It's my previlage to pen down a feedback for vlcc Punjabi bagh staff all are excellent.but here I want to specially thank Rinku kundra mam for so deeply understanding my health issues and resolving them with so much patience, her guidance has transformed my body and health so positively, I these days feel she's given me a new lease of life.molly didi has been a part of my life past 25 years.a gem I'm here just because of her

Amazing service. Rinku maam is so sweet and cooperative. The whole staff is great, cooperative and great service providers.
Really loved the haircut by amit sir. It’s amazing.
Having my laser sessions with simran maam. She is great too.
Staff is very nice and they ensure complete sanitation and care of every service providing.

When you take the service they charge extra on the name of the tax please clear the total amount at once

I am having my laser hair reduction from Simran and my pre bridal session from Kavita at VLCC Punjabi bagh. I am having very good experience there. The staff is very helpful and highly professional. My both the sessions have gone very well and hoping for same for upcoming sessions. Thankyou to both the girls there.

VLCC Punjabi Bagh is one of the finest centres for beauty and slimming services. The ambience is very comforting and the staff is extremely courteous and dedicated. There is equal focus on Hygiene and sanitation apart from the amazing discounts and packages.
They go extra miles to ensure customer satisfaction. Indeed.must try.

Pathetic and fraud service.
If you avail any package they will only work properly on 1 or 2 services, on 3rd service they make your existing condition worst so that you keep on enrolling with them.
Be cautious from this fraud branch.

Great management, and an equally good staff. Their services for hair, beauty and slimming are really good and effective.

I visited vlcc Punjabi Bagh yesterday and my experience was great because of the new staff Ms Rinku (Centre head), Neelima (Sales head), Mandeep (Beautician) as they understood my concerns and patiently took care of me throughout my services. I would also like to appreciate their honest and humble behavior towards me and other clients. It’s rare to find such honest employees who value the time and hard earned money of the clients. I am sure they will be the heart and soul of this branch.

I have been client of VLCC since 4-5 years and team is the main reason. Saroj from beauty is very professionally and friendly at same time. Always guide best beauty treatment to clients and give best services. I highly recommend her. And in Hair - Amit Sharma, he knows his way around making you look pretty. I came to him with very bad hair Color from another salon and he did magic and gave very beautiful hair Color and cut. Infact recommended genuine hair treatment.

I just came from a Body spa session and had the worst experience. I bought a coupon from nearbuy for the same worth INR 900 for 45 min.session plus steaming.
The mousseau wind up the entire thing in 30 min. When I enquired about this, she said she was told to do so since i have a coupon. It's cheap. Why do you put on such schemes and then scam people?
I am wondering if you have bought this rating. Feeling more agitated, then relaxed after the session.
Will be sharing this review on other platforms as well.

Highly unprofessioal management and center. Rather than providing services to their clients they will sit and gossip and block their appointment calendar saying that they have no appointments. There was no option to give 0 stars if possible I would have given that.

I had a worst experience with VLCC never thought the experience with such a brand can be so worst. The reception person is not at all interested in taking your query. They don’t even update if your appointment is cancelled for particular service from their end due to shortage of employees. I was the one taking follow up always also, even after making prior appointment they keep you wait for half an hour atleast. They don’t care.

Since I started going to this particular outlet, I've refused to see any other hairstylist ever. Emraan in particular is so talented that I save my haircuts for my annual visits to Delhi from Bangalore. He always takes time and care to tend to my hair and leaves me speechless at his flawless haircuts. 10/10 recommend for haircare, and colour. My friend's entire family visits here for all their salon needs, and I personally vouch for them. Really, really impressed with their service.

All the services were really good and the staff is super friendly. Overall it was a great experience.

I have visited and tried different centres of vlcc in delhi, but this is the far most amazing centre, in matter of every service, specially hair services by Mr. Imran, is one of the best ones. I have been visiting this place past 2 years, and it has definitely maintained it's standard.

Very uplifting service by Mr Imran. As always it's an excellent feel of service. VLCC has also taken good care during covid 19 by doing regular senatisation of the premises.

My wife got her full body laser treatment done from vlcc punjabi bagh.the staff is amazing and friendly especially Garima and Simran. My wife was highly satisfied and they did continued the treatment after 2 years of us not being in the country. It was appreciated.

Worst Experience with VLCC, Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi - sales people are looting people with false commitment and centre manager is rude and money minded people and not ready to understand customer viewpoint.
Otherwise VLCc is very strong brand but I had terrible experience with specific centre on my special day so can’t trust on this brand any more.

Also raised issue on centre email ID - but no resolution from team, after sending various emails.

I have awesome experience with IMRAN for hair do and Make up. He is just excellent in his job. He approaches innovative ideas and his work is very different compare other beauty salon. He gives complete solutions for hair and make up. I am very impressed with his job.
He is completely value for money.

Simran and Poonam ma'am provide great service! Attending a session for laser, they handled the situation very patiently and Simran ma'am gave me good and useful advice for skincare.

Great place to get wellness services. The staff is really friendly and courteous. I've been getting laser hair removal and it has been a great experience. The doctors and specialist Guide you and are always there for any help. Great place.

I hve been a part of vlcc since November 2018. I hv reduced a lot almost 8 kgs. Vlcc is simply outstanding. Vlcc rocks. Services are little expensive I would say.

The prices of services should be reduced by vlcc.
