I had got my pre-bridal done from here 3 yrs back and some other services afterwards as well, had really liked the staff and services there. So now in Delhi again, I thought I would get my streaks done from here only. I took an appointment for the same but when I reached there I was not much welcome as in the past. Some new lady was there and she was not interested in the service. First we had to wait for her, then she just told me the price for the kind of streaks I showed which I think she did not quite get as she was on phone all the time. I asked what other options they can provide but she did not answer that as well as the phone was more important than the current customer. I waited for some time again but she was nowhere to be seen so I left, went to the nearest Jawed Habib and got some awesome streaks alongwith the respect a client needs.
Won't be going back to VLCC again!

They provide the worst service. I took the appointment for haircut and when I reached their they refused to provide me with the service and instead asked me to come on some other day as they don't have staff. And when I again contacted them some other day they are asking me to come on some other day. What is this behaviour? If you can't provide with the service don't run the institute

I have had laser treatment done by Mrs Deepali ji and body polishing, hydra facial, D-tan facial by Miss Anjali both are doing really great.

I enthusiastically recommend VLCC to any person who is worried about his wellbeing. Don't

People working here are very honest but owner seemed to be very unprofessional. I have referred my sister here for some services with the VLCC coupon, but the owner wasted lot of time by checking the applicability of the coupon and tried everything to reject the coupon and pay them with money. I request VlCC to either stop selling the online vouchers or instruct their franchise owners to have little training on it. So that precious time of the customers is not wasted and he/she doesn't feel cheated.

The ageing effects were bothering me unless I chose VLCC’s face lift treatment! Now, my skin looks glowing.

Even these guys misguide you for just charging money. They will try to convince you that you have got the worst skin and Its tone and will suggest you more and more treatments.
They told me they will give me laser on my full face Then they did on lower chin part only coz
Lazer is not good for rest of the area. And they charged full Money for full face.

If you're looking to pamper yourself. The staff here is very nice. Dichen welcomes you with a big smile on her face. Annie is great for facials. Ram is great for hair spa and pedicure. Sanjeev and Zaqir are great for haircut and highlights. I visit this place regularly and I always leave with great service and satisfaction.

On 10th June 2019. Me and my sister went to get a haircut from vlcc malviya nagar. At the counter, they told us the haircut will costs 699 and 199 for 2 people.but they charged us wrongfully. They made a bill of amt 1180. And also as i had long hair and i asked them to give them to me (i wanted to donate them) They mixed my very long ponytail with others hairs and they asked me to give 1000 for my own hair. They didn't give me the bill and on asking about the bill they said system is not working. We will send you the bill. They haven't told us why they are charging this much just said rates are revised. Within a minute their rates are revised. I will never go there again. Worst service ever. Never recommend my acquaintance about any vlcc branch specially malviya nagar.
