NO STAR! I would give no stars, if I can. There service is worst. They just want to take your money. There customer service is also no good. The staffs are not well mannered. I would not recommend going there. Better go to other salons.

*COSTLY*Good grooming centre for those who have money. Ambience is nice. Service is same as that of any parlour like lakme but price is too much 1500rs, just for hair wash and trimming!
I thought VLCC has same rates all over, as it is a chain but i was wrong. Over all it is ohk if you are born with a golden spoon.

Vry vry pathetic, not only in service even vry poor smell of sevarage stinking in their rooms.they r charging unnecessary, I took a facial service from there in 2000 plus gst bt I think a normal clean up is better or gve result than that facial. It was my mistake to visit there.

It is really more than just a Spa. One of the oldest centers of VLCC, amazing services. Great experience.
