I have visit vi store hari nagar for my number roaming service related it was a gud staff especially floor incharge shakti meet and resolve my concern and also helping me to inform all IR services details in deeply I am very impressed wel maintain the ambiance and gud staff Deepak and shakti.
I really appreciate and thankfull anita and shakti I visited to hari nagar store and my sim was not working and both resources to help to activate my number and in between housekeeping is coming and drinking the water I am very happy thank you VI for good treatment ti customer especially shakti/anita thankyou so much my sim for activate.
I must say that they take some time but the person who is in customer service is nice. I personally refer to Miss ANITA who take my issues in active efforts and continue follow-up with me.
Great customer service. The staff was extremely patient and went out of their way to resolve issues and answer all questions. Highly recommend this location. Special shout-out to Narendra Kumar for his help.
I visited to the hari Nagar store for the sim replacement staff are greet me with a pleasant manner they help me alot and gave me a proper information I feel very satisfied with the service.
Cheating staff, putting all blames on customers while they are openly looting their customers. Taught them lesson and store incharge apologised for poor behaviour and improper treatment by one staff member namely Ankit. VI should take note of it and remove cheating staff and provide proper technical training and teach them also how to behave with customers properly.
Staff at this store is not even want to listen your problem. I went here regarding network issue for my mother's vodafone number but female staff (Ms. Anita) replied yaahan toh chal rha hai isme koi dikkat nhi hai. Really annoying with Vodafone Services, I might port this number in near future.
Hopeless service. They are not user centric people. I had recharged my No. With Rs 598 unlimited pack, but they kept on saying that my No.is inactive and amt.cannot be adjusted, neither they were able to issue me a new Sim of the same No.

I went to upgrade my SIM card into 4G, Guy who was sitting there said me your number has blocked and can't continue, if you want same number it would be possible in post paid and will take at least 2-3 days after verification.
Visited this place in connection with SIM Exchange of my Vodafone Idea connection. Such a prompt and efficient service that I was out of Store within less than 5 minutes after all the formalities and new SIM in my hand. The staff also is very Courteous/ helpfull and prompt in service. Really an amazing experience. Keep it up.
Horrible service is giving. Actually no service is given yet. We tried to port into 4G sim and it's been almost 2 weeks now and the number hasn't been activated. We had to visit the store twice in between, we kept calling the employees of the store but no answer was given and still they aren't answering the calls.

Total fraud they loot customer in name of 4g upgrade of prepid and tell customer to switch to postpaid plan otherwise ur service would be discontinued and on the same day I upgraded my sin from another store
They are forcefully selling postpaid sims just because your number is registered in bank you dont hve any option to change your number.they said they cant provide prepaid sim as you are not 4g customer.avoid visiting this store
I went to upgrade my SIM @ Vi Store, Jail Road, the Staff who attended me said that my Number can not Update and your number has blocked if you want to convert into Post paid than I will work and take at least 2 day.
Worst staff i have ever seen. They don't know anything. Would have given -5 if it was possible. The staff is always busy on their phone and keep the customer waiting.

Pathetic experience. I went there to get duplicate sim because my sim got lost. They said that they can only provide postpaid sim. I went to another Vodafone store and there they provided me duplicate prepaid sim. Poor services and staff is not cooperative. They just make fool of customers and misguide them to sell their postpaid sim. Very disappointed.
Today visit jail road office, new delhi. Giving wrong information, anytime your no will be disconnect, since nine years using this no, wanted us to convert in post paid
Store manager is patheic. Lacks manners how to talk to customers. Her tone is full of bellicosity. Behaves as if she is the MD OR MANAGER OR CEO OR CFO of the COMPANY.
She must not forget that she is "JUST" a low profiled store manager and not the aforementioned posts.
Vodafone is making its own reputation down by employing such people who do not have a command on their language and such ill mannered people.
Very poor customer service as they try to cross selling instead of help out the customer. Because of cross selling they denied to give the proper service to the customer
The most unethical business place to be at, staff has no courtesy, the manager Aman is a dead guy with no subject knowledge or customer service ettiqutes, the team is full of hardcore mentally disabled people

Worst ever service given by them. Don't rely on them they give false commitment also will not tell you the exact plans. These guys just want to sell their postpaid by hook or by crook. Sold me the 629 plan by saying its 529 all in and now I need to go to them again and again.
Very bad staff. It's been over 3 weeks and none of the staff seemed to care about my problem. Kept on telling to come the next day over 5 times. They should understand unlike them other people have work to do. Never had such a terrible experience. Very disappointed.

Postpaid to Prepaid They also took money saying recharge will be done after conversion.
After 3 days number got converted but struggling a lot as number is not recharged by them in a timely manner and that’s why services to my number are down.
Vodafone care said its the store who can help you in recharge now.
This store dont provides any contact number to inform them then number converted and do the recharge.
You have to waste your time and visit them again because they neither care about the customer nor go extra mile in validating if its done or not. Because they have the money now.poor services.
