I am visit kalka ji store for sim change but my boss is out of country but sim procress guide by shivajii very well way I am very under stand this process. All is good services is nice
Very bad experience. They took much time to resolve my complaint. Also they are asking for original Aadhar card even though I had its printout with me (because last time when I went, they asked for photocopy of Aadhar card). They asked me to get the original Aadhar card from my home. I went to convert my postpaid sim to prepaid but at first they tried their best to not convert it to prepaid. And they did some processing in their system and asked me to wait for a call from Vi. That tooke much time. And after getting the call they began to process and there they asked me for original Aadhar. The whole process took almost 1 and a half hours. After reaching home, again I got a call from Vi. A lady spoke to me. She literally irritated me as she was forcing me to not convert to prepaid. I am facing a lot of network issue with postpaid plan. She suggested me to raise a complaint and wait for 3 days. I said I can wait and raise complaint instead convert it to prepaid. I spoke to her for 17 min and 13 seconds and only at the last few seconds she finally agreed to convert it to prepaid.
Worst Service, they have been delaying my sim release since last 15 days, Been trying to contact them on phone, but getting no response.have visited store 5 times and waited for 2+ hours each time and still my sim is not released, every time they come up with new issue, that your sim is waiting on this approval, your sim is waiting for confirmation, this.that.literally I am done with the pathetic service provided by VI store, Even the manager is delaying things, I saw in front of my eyes, while the customer was waiting on some approval to be done by manager and the manager was busy doing some calculations rather than solving the customers thing first
The customer service of voda is the worst dream of any person. I lost my phone a week back and it's been 5 days since I bought a new sim for the same number and it's not activating. I have got my credit card payments to do and the customer service is not helping me in any way possible. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VODAFONE.
I thought you handled that call very professionally i admire the way you are so cordial and polite with me executive (shivaji) can provide agents with a better understanding of what they are doing well versus what they could be doing better
I went to Kalkaji store for sim replacement no one was helping me to get the OTP but only Ehtesham a gentleman helped me I'll remember his service for a long time he is a true gentle men
Very poor services. I went to Kalkaji store for sim replacement with written mail of corporate care, which clearly mentioned the SR no, but after providing the Sr No.store manager named someone Mr. Sameer refused to provide the sim card. Finally wastage of 02 hours and lots of arguments & after Interference of the customer care executive they agreed to give me the sim card. After this all i have registered a complaint at your customer care vide complaint no. 3-125264100961 on dated 23/03/23.yet not received any response from ur side
Representative Kanika gave us false information for recharge and sim activation.they charge amount and service still got not active. When we reached store again after 10 days, another representative Ms. Sanjana talked to us rudely by saying you must have heard wrong, and she can't say anything because kanika who earlier handled us is not available today.

VI store infra is spotless as well as decor is good, inviting. Just that the CS persons manning the desk the has almost govt office like stance and keep narrating rules. VI should train them to be solution oriented. We went to transfer the existing Sim& number to my daughter from my father's name (he is 88yrs & bedridden). CS person kept on repeating that father need to come, albeit I was carrying his Aadhar n other ID cards. Inspite of telling the CS person, that he is bedridden, she kept on repeating the same standard line. Thereafter I lost my cool and had to stenly tell her to go and check with her Store head. Post that she went inside her manager's room and came back with a solution, that they will change the sim to micro Sim now without insisting on for my father's presence. But still number didn't get transfered. I even told them that when VI can deliver Sim at doorsteps, so why can't come to verify the ownership at our doorstep to facilitate transfer from a senior citizen to family member. No answer from them.
Very bad experience and third class staff & service.just because of this store I ported my sim and after having vodafone more than 10 years now said good bye to voda forever.seriously horrible staff and service.
Very bad service very rude also they will not help you solve your issue and will ask you to cal customer care and busy talking to each other and treat you like very bad I will not recommend to go to this store ever

I went to store to port my number from postpaid to prepaid they charged me ₹297 FRC after 7 day I insert my prepaid card then I got to know my number is suspended they took money but didn't activate my account. I lost my money + number, so pathetic service from Vodafone never expected.
Customer care service is excellent, humble and cooperative. Especially Pooja G is very responsive and kind to customers. Availability of seats for waiting customers, however needs a consideration
Worst customer service store I have ever visited. Customers with valid token numbers have to wait for hours. And customers without tokens ate entertained on personal basis. Very lousy and lethargic staff.
On monday I went to vodafone store at kalkaji market to replace a sim and madam said that with in 24hrs new sim will activated.but sim was not working today becouse the old sim was not deactivated by madam. Today i went again to vodafone store, a madam deactivated old sim and told After 2hrs.it will work But still new sim is not in active mode
What should i do? Should i port my both vodafone nos. I m not happy.
Unprofessional and untrained staff the management is also very poor in the store even in there own store they r facing network issue worst network and even after visiting this store I can say worst customer support
The executive girls are really poor in conversation, they really don't know how to tackle with a customer, especially Miss. Heera, super flop vodafone store in Kal kahi, New Delhi
Unsupporting staff, not understand the value of customer time, ask for come again and again to resolve your problem it was taken almost 10 days to resolve problem still problem exist. Specially Ashish is not understand the value of customer. It is a waste of time to go there.
Poor staff no help to me prepaid 3G to 4G connection. Here staff always force to purchase post paid connection. It was very bad experience in kalkaji Voda fone store. There was a store supervisor name Hemlata, she was very stupid, she doesn't deserve to be a part of Vodafone as it's big company.
Went their to buy sim. Website said they r open till 7. Went there at 6.30 but the guard shoed everyone standing outside said the store is closed. When I said the timings are till 7 he said timings have changed and website is wrong.
It was very bad experience in Kalka ji Vodafone store.there was a store supervisor name is - Hemlata, she was very stupid, she was one of the strong cheater, her behaviour is like illeterate, she is a layer, she doesn't deserve to be a part of Vodafone as it's big company, she gave me commitment to adjust complete security amount which I was paid while taking postpaid connection but now she is not agree with the that, I request to every people once you visit to Vodafone store you have to carry camera or video making device and do the same on the table, so that they can understand what is meaning of trust.they cheat customers just fore there daily commission and very negative point for Vodafone store.
