The world's most pathetic store Manager and the other VI staff I have ever seen in this communication industry.shouting on customer's rude behavior worst services.never go to purchase anyt5 from Vosafobe Idea. So useless people and company.

Most third class service, rude and arrogant staff.
No respect for customer.
Company will go to dogs.

The place was good but they didn't helped us regarding our issue so the service was not good.

Bad customer service, they treat as government office to customers.

The executive was only interested in up selling. I went for simex and they never listened to my request. Worst experience ever.

NOT Just this store all Vodafone stores
Are really Bad in terms of Customer Service
Sometimes i feel like i know more then they do.
I think these stores are Good for bill payments only.
They are polite but not helpful
I've been to jio and Airtel
Its same story
But my problem was solved in few hours in these store
Vodafone store took
10 days to resolve my Query

One of the worst store VI can have, they took almost 5 days to activate corporate sim card
Can't really imagine how they must be treating their general customers. The another bizarre fact about the store is that it does not have any contact no.to reach out to them or they are least bothered to share it to save themselves from cx queries or requests. Absolutely awful experience!

Went there for converting airtel postpaid to vi prepaid but they are busy in cheping postpaid connection now switched to jio which is right next to the store.

A decent VI store (previously vodaphone) on the main road itself on left side while going towards ring road, just aftwr crossing the next redlight after bikaneriwala.
Staff maintain social disyance, mask and sanitation.
Very friendly and helpful staff, good salesman and one stop shop.for voda.

I came there for converting my postpaid airtel number to convert in prepaid but they are saying postpaid airtel postpaid vodafone me hi convert hoga jabardasti chepne me lage hai postpaid vodafone don't waste time on going to this showroom they will not listen.
