This 5 star is especially for the customer representative Rahul. He did an outstandingly amazing job by helping me and guiding me. His efforts were beyond expectations. Hope Vodafone hires more people like Rahul.
They force customers to go for postpaid. They went to the extent of lying that I had surrendered my number when I didn't go for postpaid. I never wrote an application for surrendering my number. Worst experience.
All bad there specially Mr HIMMANSHU they are misguide customers and very rude behaviour with customers again MR. HIMMANSHU is very bad in deals with customers so don't waste your time and don't go this store

Useless staff, can't get one thing done properly. I had to visit them four times to switch from postpaid to prepaid.
Mr. Parvez is supposed to handle cash, but I never met him, because he's never on his seat. First time he was on the washroom, second time he was strolling outside, third time he was on lunch break. Fourth time no one knew where he was. I think this person is an alias to assign work to if you're not feeling like to do it.
I hope VI closes their shop, they can't handle it anymore.
Extremely pathetic experience. Staff is extremely rude non cooperative, non supportive & also not got the solution by the service provider. The response given by the attendant makes me feel that service provider is doing cheating on me.
Staff tell lies, they asked 496 rs for a prepaid connection and recharge and the recharge is not done even after 10 days. Made rounds of the store 6 times already. Phone no.shown on website doesn't exist.
Staff with very poor knowledge, due to their lack of knowledge, customers suffer and then Ultimately port their numbers to other providers. It's just not me, I have seen people standing before me in a queue to get their number ported to other providers.
Lot of wait time. Just a simple query it might take even upto an hour as there are long wait time. And store does not even have proper seating arrangements. Vodafone is a huge organisation, it definitely should improve on this. Also to mention there representatives are not much cooperative. As there customer service on phone sucks it seems like Vodafone has hired people on phone to lie to their customers as they make false promises and commitments. And when you reach to store seeking for help or complain they simply ask to drop an email. Vodafone only believes in giving a run around to its customers and no resolution.
