Babloo is good. Chair not comfortable for seating height of chair is too much. Senior citizen can't sit properly. Please change if possible. Nice service

Staffs are not useful at all.useless. They don't deserve to sit there because they actually don't know how to provide customer service specially the supervisor there. I suggest to visit Shakarpur store, staffs are more helpful and polite there.
This store is worst in service. I went to collect duplicate Sim card which is a process of hardly few minutes and they took 1.5 hrs and then said our server is showing some error come tomorrow, when we went there next day evening then their executive said that this number is secondary so it can't be done by server application rather it can be done by paper process. After finishing paper process they said it will be activated by 4 hrs. It was not activated till next morning. I can write a book on their activities as I visited so many times their for work and finally I decided to Port my number to some other subscriber.
The staff is not helpful and active at all.they just opened my apn settings and and reset the same when i complained about network unavailability.didn't even bothered to check the sim card.

Very bad service my number lost I visit 2 Sept then taruna says you visit after 72 hour after two days another person say sistom is not run today's when I reached 15 Sept she says your number is not give in prepaid I give postpaid todays you come back on after 72 hours
Vodafone customer services center in East Delhi. Close to Nirman vihar metro station.good connectivity by metro and bus and by other local transport. This is center is the slowest one in Vodafone. Too much waiting. So don't plan to go there if u r in hurry.

Right now writing this review, i saw an old women waited for 20 mins for her turn and now she is trying to explain the representative that she got some text message on her im sitting just behind her and listening to the conversation. Despite her age she is asking her to come again to the store and get the plan changed. Waooh yaar.

I really like vodafone.in to look into it and help the customers of vodafone network or else the day is very near when i will also be leaving the network.
They are cheaters and they chargeme today 235rs for duplicate Sim. They offer me to take post paid connection if you do not want to pay anything. They only know how to grab money from the customer. I suggest do not go in this vodafone store.there are bunch of cheaters avl here.
