Vodafone Store

Thoug it was a Nice experience, but I have to visit 3-4 times for a single work. The employees were good and listen to customers.

We had little complicated issue of a sim and the initial response was poor as we felt they r just trying to avail new sim whereas the lady executive helped us to get the previous number by issuing new sim with existing number we had.

I gone this store twice but my work was not done, staff say that prepaid connection in not get.you can take postpaid connection. Persons of this people are interesting only for completing their target while my number was prepaid. Pandav Nagar store is much better than this one.

WORST SERVICE. Very bad and frustrating experience. They don't care for customer. Very cheaper class staff. They are unable to help.only one solution convert your number to Postpaid. They started misbehaving when I raised my concern.

Just provide the rating below one star.staff is very much uneducated.

Very cheaper class staff hired in Vodafone store shakarpur, am very disappointed in your facility no body serious about our work & also gousip in very cheap language.shame on you.please mention published on your server down or not his staff totally lier all customers because before shifting over make get to gather.pls.improve

I applied for transfer of postpaid to prepaid on 15-06-2019.

My postpaid SIM god deactivated today's morning (17-06-2019), but my FRC of R's. 495 is not done yet which I paid on 15-06-2019.

Just because of FRC my prepaid SIM not get activated.

Kindly do the recharge at earliest.

Executives in Vodafone here are making fools to customers. If u go for recharge of ₹35, they'll pressurize u to convert to post paid with a minimum of ₹350 per month plan. And if you don't agree, they'll threatened you that your number will be suspended and permanently disconnected.

I paid 496 to recharge but i didnt get the recharge. It is 4 days over still struggling to contact the store. My unique id PDLBP50000.

Just get down to laxmi nagar metro station and you can see in the west side, good customer service you will get here.

Don't you dare to visit this place. This store is worst than any government office. Executives are misguiding and won't resolve your problem prior your 5-6 visits. I'm quite happy with my experiences at MTNL office even they provide better network and services than this store.

Vodafone store is located in laxminagar near by opposite of gate no. 2.
Staff are really helpful. Area is widely specious and comfortable.

Bad service.due to their fault my no is converted from prepaid to postpaid.whereas I just told them to MNP my same no to Delhi circle.
And after doing it they are saying that it's not our fault it's yours.you have to be aware.what's going on with you.

I went there thrice.to solve it.but they ignored my problem.
