I had many confusion according my vi number but today I visit Mahipalpur vi store and I got the best service I am very impressed thanks

I had a very good experience by visiting vodafone idea store and Ehtesham attended me very well and has a good knowledge of his process someone has diverted me to his counter I had a network issue but he resolve my problem very quickly I thought he is a manager here but he laughed and told me that he works as a cashier here but I must say he is very good in dealing his customers all the best to him for his future

Wonderful staff and team vi. Specially agent Sakshi in mahipalpur store did her best to provide best service. Truly a vi has best agents.

Mahipalpur staff is very helpful and they helped me very nicely. Specially the girl Sakshi was wonderfully did her job

They are very help full I am facing last 6 month network issues or bank link they resolve my problem and they are greetings and offers water before asking my problem this is now happy any store any company

My sepcial thanks to their entire team and especially Mr. Avinash Ji.he is the man of all good character, supportive, co-operative, so friendly that you ca share your personal belongings to him with no fear at all.

He always take initiative and take initiative to solve the customer issue and give his time till customer get satisfied with his problem.

He is so kind.i have No Words in my bucket.

I will recommend al of you to always visit mahipalpur branchabd take their services in all respect.

The girl at the reception as ripped me off she said to me 18% tax which was a lie
I paid 500 more than the usual price, that she took in her own pocket. I asked for an invoice she never gave to me. She lied all the way, don’t trust her. Sakshi pls stop lying to foreigners, people coming that long way are looking for people to trust and you look trustable that’s why I though you were honest. There’s no problem to tell people there’s extra charge for providing your address (although I had my address in india! You didn’t even ask me!) or asking for tips or commission. But be honest, I truly believe in KARMA if you’re acting this way foreigners can be your friends and they will give you way more money you have ever expected.

To every foreigner: don’t trust these people, bring an Indian friends or go somewhere else.

Worst service provided, I have visited 4times in store he changed 3times sim card even that not solve the problem. I have samsung new phone other network working fine only VI network service is pathetic.
I am using since 2015 Vodafone sim, There is no courtesy for regular customers, Everyone busy in somewhere else. He said long in complaints after 72hrs your network issues will solve but still like same.latter he said you port the sim to other network.
Thank you VI team your service is really horrible.

They just harass their customers nothing else.

Visited 3 times here but zero satisfaction

My SIM never got activated after spending 400 rupees. Tele verification call never came. Complaints are never addressed with an excuse that the number I took is not registered with VI. SAD EXPERIENCE

Worst staff ever seen.
Lack of knowledge, rude behavior, not following distancing, even some of employees were not wearing mask.

Staff is helpful but Vodafone guidelines for keeping the number is safe custody is very poor. No clarity to customers as to how to extend safe custody. Under these Covid 19 times they expect customers to visit Vodafone Store to extend Safe Custody which need to be avoided. Poor experience with Vodafone. Staff is helpful.

We tried to buy a tourist SIM in Delhi airport, but were rejected, so switched to Vodafone office. It took ca 20 min to buy and install two tourist SIM cards, but service was friendly and efficient. A good alternative to meagre Airtel SIM card sales point in the airport

Third class service very late assistant in store
They taking too much time on one customer
Do not know value of time.

Not completely satisfied as they opened the store at 9 AM but told me wait until 10 AM because they only wotk after 10 AM and only upto 5 PM. Confusion was they kept open the store but don't work before or after thesr timings no matter how many customers are there

My house is around 600mts. AWAY From VODAFONE store at mahipalpur flyover red light and im like 'HELLO HELLO AWWAJ AA RI HAI, HELLO'

I had a very smooth experience here. Pawan was the person who helped facilitate my request, good job!

There are very few Vodafone stores in Greater Noida and this is the only one in Alpha Commercial belt.

Bought a sim card 1.4Gb per day valid for one month for 229 Inr. The process is quite burocratic, make sure you bring your passport and an extra photo.

Perfect location. Most of the service counters were unattended. Had to wait for almost an hour to get the service. Ultimately served to satisfaction.

Staff help was great however Vodafone just need a more streamline system for Tourists in line with Airtel at the airport.

There customer support i very weak.their manangement system is not good.the machine which provides us token regarding our que.never works.

Reason for the single Star can be many but few main ones are.
1. TIME -IT TAKES WAY TOO LONG WAITING TIME FOR EVEN YOUR BASIC QUERIES TO GET CATERED.
2. LACK OF MANPOWER -THE NO. OF VODAFONE CUSTOMERS HAVE GROWN EXTENSIVELY. BUT MANPOWER ADDITION IS ZERO. SAME NO. OF STAFF IS AVAILABLE SINCE 7 year's.
3. ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER'S NO SPECIAL PRIORITY FOR Aged and Senior citizen customers.
4.the attitude of the employees is very rude most of the times as they mostly don't try to resolve the issue but try to divert it. Further postpaid and prepaid conversion is very rarely done by them as it's not giving them any commission.

NOTE. PLEASE VISIT BY KEEPING AT LEAST 2 HOURS IN HAND

Sometimes they are waiting for their customers. Their is no sitting place for at least 5 customers

Official Vodafone shop with 3-4 counters to serve customers and a cashier. Also 2 x 24 hour self service machines at the entrance
