Worst experience waiting time is too long such a bad behaviour of staffs they only say wait for some time if you have already a customer but if you are going for a new connection you are teated like a king such a bad experience
Very bad experience they don't understand your problem. They are just wasting your time.as the executive were not doing their job but misguided the person by saying your information is not available in their site and force to switch from pre paidsim to post paid simby giving one pretext or another.

Very bad experience, I went to the Vodafone mini store, NSP to update the address. But their LAN was not working. So they not ablento find the details of my postpaid phone. Waited there for 1 hours, but their system was not working.
Fraud is done with the customer in the store, for not working, it gives wrong wrong information to the customer and makes them extra pay.i wanted to get my old number. I went to Vi story then he lied to me that someone else has KYC on your number so you can't get it. If you need this number more then you will need 2 SIM and both those numbers will have to be postpaid for 3 months And i didn't get that sim i came home and called customer care so they told you can take this number free of cost. You will not have to get the SIM postpaid. Whoever has told you has told you wrong, you can go to any store and get your SIM removed.
It was a very wrost experience. I went to get my sim changed. There an executive put my phone number in the computer, then my details did not come And he did not even check that why it is happening and directly suggested me to get a new sim. I told him that my details are coming to the customer care when I called them and I had just gone to the Vodafone mini store there was also showing to my details. So he told me that In his Vodafone store they have more details than mini store and also told me Even if you tell my name in any store they will stop your number at any store. I did not feel great that you are treating a customer like this. I had no other option against to issue a new SIM But the executive kept a condition, so if I issue new sim then first four months my number will be postpaid. I thought there is no other way, so let's take it. So I gave my documents to him and left from there after finishing the end all for the new sim. After some hours that I went to Vodafone Mini Store to try my luck again is that really out dated server in mini store. But there they again took out my details from their server And didn't even ask me to convert postpaid the sim and gave me a new sim by hand to hand issue. Such a professional gestures.we need that Such people in Cusomerr Services and not those who make their commission by misleading the people.
Beware! They might ask you to pay for services which are otherwise free. I had gone to get my SIM upgraded to 4G which is free of cost but I was asked to pay ₹50.
