The staff of Geeta colony branch opposite to Geeta colony police station was Worst. They misguide people. I lost my phone. I want my same no. They told me to convert it into postpaid. They showed me the wrong direction. They charge 200 for that. They never listen to client. They don't deserve a single star

Very bad store.they try to find reason to not to deal customer. And few of them don't talk properly

All staff Are Girls they don.t have manners how to speak and and service is poor and charges high.

Public dealing is too slow and the store staff is too dramatic to do any help or any kind of assistance. They always try to delay and avoid any support which were their basic duty of their job profile.

They force postpaid plans with lying that there are no low cost plans!
They convert your Sims into postpaid evens it's not needed! I just faced it today!
Guys apna phone un ldkiyo ke haath me Mt Dena! Sim prepaid me chalu Hui hai meri, mgr usne mere phone se sim prepaid se postpaid krne ki request dalkr postpaid krdi, mene just abhi messages dekhe, ab kya hi kahu, customer care ka call ni lgra! Vi app kisi kaam ka ni hai!

Such a poor and incorporating staff. All the staff members are girls and they doesn't know how to respect.yesterday I saw one member was shouting on a old man.shame on such girls and hope VI will shut down this store ASAP.

Poor service and not sence about talking i will visit yesterday vodafone store one girl person name is pooja she was talking with me loudly and shouting front of some customers my contact no paste in another form and said me who is deepmati and if i was click the picture she was said picture capturing is not allowed and she was asking give me 100 rs then giving you the duplicate sim please improve this types of cheap things.thanks.

One of my worst and harrassing experiences.
My sim was lost, but they won't reissue the sim, but everything will be okay if take that same number in POSTPAID.
So, moral of the story is. Just switch to POSTPAID or buy a new number.
Edit: once more experience.employees even used abusive words (girls employees). We reached store 10 minute before closing, but they were in the mood to close the store. They said gates are that way and used abusive words.

This is very cheap and good environment and family friendly.but outside area is very dirty but hall is awesome

All employee are not at all experienced. All girls know nothing expect false claims and promises. Girl naming Jaya knows nothing except shouting on others, making people fool and looting people. Will never recommend to anyone till all the employees are changed.

They have token system for every complaint and issue so you have to wait for a bit 15-20 mins minimum for your turn

Geeta colony store totally doing the monopoly as store can do whatever they want as no command of Vodafone as conpany on the Vodafone Store as store running the franchise not by Vodafone

More Crowd Less Work. Store is running by irritated Women! They try to manipulate each and every customer.

Misguiding, just complete the targets by asking for documents and converting prepaid to post paid- lack of information

Very bad.highly dissatisfy.my sim got damaged and i changed the sim and the new sim is still not working, its been atleast 3 days.it is showing emergency call only.worst connection. NOT RECOMMENDED.
