Vodafone Store

Very very supportive staff. Especially Sohail who helped me to get my sim ported. My bsnl sim was not getting any signal and I was expecting a very important OTP on it. He worked with me for more than on hour and helped me get the OTP. Literally saved my life.

Mr. Sohail helped me a lot. Excellent experience. Got a new connection. He explained all the plans and everything very patiently. Very dedicated employee.

Nice cooperative and professional staff. The Vi store is located at prime location of south extention and also adjacent to South Extension metro station.

I wish I could give 0 worst experience at vi South ex. Literally worst. I visited there three times in a single day still my problem is not solved. Airtel service is far better from this vodafone. Soon I will switch to either jio or airtel.

I would have given 0 star if possible. Very bad experience.had to wait around 1hrs standing to get a duplicate sim.waiting area for just 1 customers only.staff roaming inside the store.
Felt as if staff members were trying to mislead me to take a postpaid to prepaid connection.

Misbehaving with the coustomer. Person named puneet very doesn't have manners. VI should train their staff. I visited 2 Times in this store on 21st August a lady said if you want to port to VI then port in postpaid. We are taking request for only post because backed not working for prepaid connection.

Then I again went to store at this time I visited before 7.30 at 7.37 puneet told we are off kal ana. I requested to a lady that I am visiting 2nd time suddenly puneet told to him "tum apna kaam karo sir ko bolo ki kal aae"

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the VI services.

All numbers mentioned on website and other places are dysfunctional. Sim replacement takes ages and activation has no time frame. Its been more than 4 hours and Sim still not activated. No issues with staff though.

The executive there told me that Vi won't provide basic details on post paid bill ie; how much extra data we have used above our data balance.
We have to pay whatever the bill is the Vi company policy won't provide details like extra data used and all.

Nice place, people working there are helping in nature and your problem can be solved within 1 hour actually.

Map is showing incorrect location. This service center is on the main road of south ex near 0etrol pump.btw this store is good for nothing.

There is nothing special in the experience I had. I went there twice and both were average experiences.

Horrific experience. The staff was rude. I was being bounced from one agent to agent, each of them telling me different steps to follow. Not at all advised to visit. The service has been degrading day by day.

Staff is very concerned about. But I couldn't have my old sim card back due to Vodafone technical issues.

Very bad service I change 2 of my sim postpaid to prepaid paid but 1 sim are activated and another one is by default wrong sim. So we can't verify that to 59059.

The process setup is good. Riya was very helpful in resolving my issue. However, Sanjay at the token desk was extremely rude and ill mannered. He is pulling down the good work done by others.

Very poor service. At this modern time they have parchi system not a proper token service. Even executive are so lazy.

I was visited so many time but this store have a networking issues all time and not solve my problem infect your staff as well. I m still standing there and no one solve my concern giving to another services for another customer because they want a new SIM card this is hell services giving by Voda phone south ex store. If any less then marking to u guys I'll give u because your not expecting 1 rating bhi. Zero service like your poor network.

Staff of this store is not helpful and they have lots of attitude problem they don't even suggest uh something beneficial information. I don't like the behavior of the staff.

The customer service provided is often misleading. You need to visit the centre 2-3 times for a small issue. Information provided by different executives are poles apart. However, your issue would be resolved but not before you face inconvenience.

Edit: This place is absolutely useless. They did not process my request to convert from postpaid to prepaid even when I visited the store personally. I had to contact the customer care 4 times after that and later I found that request was not even registered. I had to visit the store again to register the request.

Immature staff as well as store head. One person is sensible & that is gateman of this store rest all are Non-technical & untrained low paid contractual employees. I have given 2 stars bcz of store location & gateman who really helps & guide the visitor.

Since last 34 minutes I am waiting for their 10 minutes. All are shifting me from desk to desk. I am still waiting for their call in 10 minutes. Let's see for my pleasure time.

Slow service and not that competent. I had to step into Airtel next door to realise what the problem with the service was which wasn't theirs in the first place. Expected a little more from a giant of a telecom. Poor!

Customer service is not optimal. They are always after your money and will try to bring up extra charges out of nowhere. The staff around here is also quite rude.

Worstest store in Delhi the staff is very rude and careless they not ready to help you and at the end you will end up the decision by port policy to any other service providers

Poor post sale service. Couldn’t get SIM activation done even after 24 hours of purchase and advance recharge.
Though Staff was cooperative and good in conduct. Customer care asked to visit the store which is sheer waste of time and money!
