Not only they advertise.they are really always ready to help.the only delay was my travel time from home to store. Got my solution within 3 mins after entering the store.

Hi Vi. I am going to your store and met to Mr. Aman he is very calm and good in nature I am buying 2 new number just because of he is attending me very beautifully and give me good service he is very helpful and calmly listen all my concern and resolve.
Adding on, VI customer care from Chennai asked me to go to the store again confirming that I don't have to take my daughter in person. But again the same story, Branch Manager lacks basic decency and manners, infact he is aggressive and ganging up with his team to intimidate customers. No action was taken on the previous complaint. Extremely poor service and show by Vodafone. And by the way my phone remains non operational for over a month now. Avoid the store at all costs.
Pathetic, went for sim exchange, they are trying to misguide saying your number has been cancelled by company and it can be continued only if converted to postpaid. Customer care helped to understand that its just a trick of store. Will never visit this place again.
Very bad experience with the same. Went to store to change my post paid in to the pre paid plan but given harassment by giving dead Sim thrice. Very much discouraged to continue with such a unprofessionalteam
Pathetic customer support. Two female staff misbehaved with my parents when I went to exchange my SIM due to poor cellular network. Especially Shweta she had a rude behavior and said to me 'do complaint where ever you can'. Never visit such a store.
They are misguiding you. Yesterday I visit to "reissue my sim the lady told me ye nhi milega agar apko postpaid chahiye tabhi milega ye sim" Than I visited another VI store at dwarka more the Person suddenly re issue my Sim So guys avoid this place
Very bad experiences everytime. The staff is mannerless doesn't know how to talk to customers specially "ROMY". They only try to sell their postpaid connections. Everytime i visited the store they only misguided me.
Horrible customer service. The customer service representatives there just trying to give weird reasons of thumbprint verification done and pushing to get the number changed to Postpaid connection. Vodafone is already losing huge market share and their staff is adding to their pain.
This store's employees know how to cheat with the customers. No matter what ever reason you visit the store for they will make you buy their postpaid connection. Everytime they ask for money giving one or more reason. Pathetic Services.
The service people and this store are trying to earn extra by asking you for extra service charges, but it is not true. We have already filed a complaint against them. They're liars.
What can i say about this store all is off my mood, staff is not cooperative dont know how to handled the customers, always trying to sale new postpaid sim didn't understand customer problems, not happy with the Vodaphone i m suggest to everyone don't go Vodaphone use other network but not use fake company sim card, Vodaphone always trying to cut your pocket, saale chor hai sab, go to other network but dont go voda
Worst customer service. No one is helping.poor network too.skipped to airtel but vodafone is troubling with their fake bills. I hv already paid all dues.
We were offered family redx plan by one of their employees.he didnot even checked our previous net consumption & told us that it will help lower the bill amount for the family.but we received a bill amounting tripple to what we've been paying earlier & they even shut net services & calling for all four connections & told us to pay the whole amount & we can't even change the plan now.total trap.we had to pay the bill & its so annoying & shocking to be in a situation like this.no help from customer service or the store.what era r we living in? Who pays a bill of 5-6 thousand now a days? Planning to file a case
Vodafone Store at Pocket 4, Sector 11 Market is located at a easy accessible place with a cooperative staff. Token issuing machine out of order since long, waiting and sitting place is small.
Pathetic service Vodafone. Shame on you. If you are going to change your postpaid number to prepaid, they will make you visit atleast 10 times saying that their system not working. Pathetic service Vodafone.
I requested Postpaid to prepaid on 9th Aug 2019, However store refused to do it. They mentioned that it's possible after 16th Aug 2019. I contacted Customer care on same day and they told that it is possible to do any day. I logged complain for the same, However no response.
Vodafone staff (Sector-11) asked Rs. 148 charges for activating the number even after i cleared Rs. 300 postpaid bill and paid Rs. 495 for 84 days recharge. Customer care told that no such charges need to pay.
I don’t think a “Service” Center can be any further inconsiderate and unhelpful than this. Pathetic staff, with absolutely terrible communication and infrastructure.
Pathetic customer service. Staff neither willing to work not reply. When the turn to resolve query comes, staff leaves seat, go for their personal work. On asking qs multiple times staff unwlling to reply. For new sim activation have to visit store for 2 days.
In sector 11 mkt. Representatives are not professional specially Head in the store. Very rough to call. Not interested in solving the problem of client.
Courteous staff, I was lucky to be attended by Neha, I had issues with multiple numbers, Neha was patient enough to listen, and had enough product knowledge to get them all addressed. Dedicated employees like you are rare these days.
Helpful staff and easy to access place. Staff assists at every step after one enters the place. Customer service was priority and though they informed about other products and packages, overselling was not forced. (which was not going to work anyways in my case).
