Worst experience, I have visited store three times for my sim update issue. It's being more then 48 hrs and still sim is not activated. I have raised an complaint using customer care as well but no result.
This experience create an image like I never think to go with Vodafone. Even customer representative don't care about Vodafone literally, he said I don't care about review. He need to understand company spends lots of fund for their reputation in the market.

Has helpful staff. This is a franchisee outlet. For few formalities out of the purview of this franchisee outlet, one will have to visit the company outlet at Mahipalpur crossing, under the flyover near Vishal MegaMart.
Team of Monu and Amir at this outlet is quiet prompt in attending, but at times one might have to wait upto 20/25 mins, in case of a rush, especially on Sat/Sun.
