Not very pleasant customer interface, with the front office being poorly maintained, no formal reception desk to guide you. Perennial problem of power supply that causes inordinate delays in service. The reason cited is govt.enforced ban on captive power generators, which might be somewhat beyond their control, but this doesn't help a customer whose car ends up stranded at the workshop inordinately longer than necessary.

Good place to get your car serviced but please bargain as they quote little on higher side

Nicely maintained workshop, Most pocket friendly service ever i had till now, They changed my mind for services at authorised service station, last service I have done from local workshop, but this time in same amount I got the servicing from this workshop, wonderful initiative by Volkswagen india to retain their existing customers, Thanks and keep it up

Hi good morning I am visiting workshop first time on Sunday 2nd April at10: 30 near by for first service all good but not maintained customer lounge and separate washroom Iam expend 7 hours there my advicer is Mr. Hardeep Singh is good experience and good behaviour

Like all volkswagen service centers they have a very boorish attitude. You have to go counter to counter till someone attendants to your needs. The premises also is dusty and doesn't have a fresh look

Visited the service centre for the 6 months check up of Polo TSI, SA Mr. Dinesh was really professional and courteous, apart from regular tasks Mr. Dinesh was kind enough to honour my other requests.
I also appreciate his people handling skills as I saw how he handled one customer.

The service centre is really good and matches the VW standard on the service part.

Even the Body workshop is very good here. Mr. Vipin is really knowledgeable and approachable.

Poor service standards. They cheat you on quality, fake promise of service discounts which are not actually provided to customers, more than expected time for service/repair. They mostly try to keep vehicle overnight.

I used to go to VW capital for my car service but they have shifted, so I tried VW delhi metropolitan and they did an excellent job. They found a new customer. Way to go!

They did a good serving and polishing job. Mr. Dinesh, service advisor is very vibrant and helpful in resolving the issue with the car. Due to high servicing cost of VW went for their AMC.
