Sales person Mr. DEEPAK did wrong commitment and got deposited 11000.00 He was not able to deliver the car as promised. Upon asking for refund, He said that we will deduct Rs. 5000
I think the agency is bankrupt and trying to recover losses with cheap malpractice.
Bought a VW Taigun from here and the experience was extraordinary. The team and sales person Mr. Mahinder were on top of everything and gave the delivery on time. Kudos to the VW Delhi West.

WORST AFTER SALES EXPERIENCE I EVER FACED COMPARED TO OTHER CAR DEALERSHIPS AND OWNERSHIP I TRUSTED OF OTHER AUTOMOBILE BRANDS LIKE HONDA, HYUNDAI AND MARUTI SUZUKI. FAKE PROMISES BY STAFF TOTALLY ARGUMENTATIVE STAFF NAMELY ASHUTOSH (sales), Akash (bodyshop manager) and his colleagues Kuljeet, Umaid, Prakash Completely false promises, my minor car repair work they took 23 days and still not releasing my car from bodyshop due to their internal lack of communication and paper work HORRIBLE BRAND, DONT PURCHASE VOLKSWAGEN PRODUCTS LIKE POLO AND PLEASE DONT GET FOOLED BY THEIR FALSE PROMISES LIKE I GOT INTO THEIR TRAP
Pathetic customer response time. Nobody seems bothered about customer query and concern. It's more than 1/2 hour and the service engineer is unable to tell whether a part is available at the store room or not.

They have also done sanitization of my car during recieving and delivery also. The smoke sanitization process is truely amazing. Excellent service given by Mr. Vikas Rawat. Keep it up
While I always associated Volkswagen with quality during the lockdown I realized that it is the Moti Nagar service center that imbibes the spirit of ‘customer is god’ in their service staff. During the lockdown I found out that my car battery has drained and needs a replacement. Unfortunately I also found out that the Moti Nagar service center has closed indefinitely which left me in the lurch since I have been taking my car, Volkswagen Polo DL10CC3249 to the Moti Nagar service center only ever since I bought the car. Thankfully I had the contact number of my service advisor Mr Rajesh Joshi who promptly took my calls and also guided me about the other service center where I should take my vehicle. He was prompt and extremely supportive despite not being on duty. This truly won my confidence in the company and its Moti Nagar branch once again. This is indeed the best Volkswagen workshop with the best of staff I have ever met across the car companies I have had cars of. Congratulations to Mr Rajesh Joshi and their awesome team!
People working there specially Vikas are not trust worth. Selling old stock of tyres manufacturing date April 18, starting only three months old. It was released only after physically checked. Strong suggest avoid this work shop.
Goons in uniform.they don't do anything.except charging abnormally high charges for everything.they verbally just say everything is done.but two weeks down the line you come to know.nothing has been done.no service.no repairs. Only bill has been generated.now you have to pay
Worst service center in delhi moti nagar Volkswagen. Poor service worst behaviour of staff (vaibhav rana). Returned car even without washing. I m planning to go to court.
Beware of this service center. My Vento's power steering software failed in a few daysafter getting first service from them. My car was just a year old and this happened in the first service. I took to them to get it resolved twice. Even after second checkup, i was not satisfied with them. It was clear that the car wasn't moving straight with the steering calibration. This was ignored by them and ultimately had to escalate to HQ. I never visited the service center again just to save it from those poor skilled people. Its better to avoid going to this place.
They call themselves world class motors and rwally live up to it. The GM Mr Manu Nair and his team really go out of their way to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Worse experience of service at this workshop, even interior & exterior portion of car not cleaned and left so many dirt spots. There is an absolute lack of professional approach in managing/ representative level.
Good dealer ship of Volkswagen cars. Staff is also good and very knowledgeable on the cars. They Generally have all the cars on display by the company. Test drive cars are also available for the customers. Service centre for the cars is located just behind the showroom only. Do bargain as the VW cars are always on discount due to low sales volumes.
With my recent experience the sanctity and the trust factor has gone down the drain. They have been really indifferent in attending customers. I have been a narrow victim too. The world class German Paint Job. They tampered and did give this last output.
I am not saying worst.but these staff playing with your emotions.sometime colour is not available sometimes variant not available.and the best part is they need some serious training required on soft skills at least to feel from customer point of view also.and FINANCE NEED 3-4 DAYS to check your eligibility for your loan approval.it's digital world now.any how.its not satisfactory.
The place is open 7 days a week and easily accessible but the road is cramped as on one side there are cars parked and two cars coming from opposite direction cannot cross each other without one giving way to another.
