It's really affordable for sending books.
For clothes they have a minimum weight policy, you are charged for min 40 kg irrespective of the weight of the clothes.
These details are not mentioned anywhere and they don't tell you until you ask them explicitly. Besides this, there are additional packaging charges (100-200 Rs.per box) depending on the size, in which they simply pack your box in a gunny bag.

You have to pack your luggage and drop it to the office. They don't come home for pick up. At the delivery location, you have to pick up from the office. There too you'll be charged some fees (70-100 Rs).

Their delivery was fast, considering the partial lockdown. My books were delivered safely within a week. (Distance 1000 km)

Take xerox copy of your Aadhaar Card and a pen with you. The closest xerox shop is a bit far.

They are told 65 rs per including door to door delivery (+ taxes).
For sending 55kg from Delhi to tamilnadu they have charged 20k. 7k for things 13k for tax.

Can send books at cheap rate. Packing is perfect. But no pickup and delivery, we have do it ourselves.

The manager is quite good but the staff is very annoying. Especially the Tiwari and the bill operator are very evil minded, demand extra money for packing even though you get it packed yourselves good.

Despite being a fastest service, Still this Karol Bagh branch (DB Gupta Road) need some improvements on booking counters, packaging quality, speedy booking service, man power, warehouse operations.

Good service & packaging.take around rs 9-12/kg of books + rs. 200 transport charges (min. 30 kg)
Rs. 18-25/kg charges for clothes. (min 40 kg)

Very affordable way to send your books to far away places.
They charge very nominal prices.
The staff over there will male things complex and somehow tries to loot more money one should be careful while dealing with them.
No need to pack your things before as they will open again and pack in a proper way.
Please do carry your Aadhar card as they will be asking as part of formalities.

Points to note-
1. Pack ur clothes and Books separately.
2. Even if u pack the boxes yourselves properly they open it there just for the sake of money they will repack it. So don't pack them properly at home.
3. No other items are allowed even if you pay extra so don't carry anything else. They make lots of Excuses.
4. For books and clothes they charge a minimum amount for 10/15kgs (confirm it from them) so fill it up coz anyhow you end up paying more if ur weight is too less.
5. Its on a busy street. Their Boys won't even help in Carrying Boxes from the Vehicle to the store which is like mearly 10steps. They ask for money for that too. Please see to it.
6. Their work is too slow it takes around 2-3hours for complete work.
7. The only advantage u get is that it's cheaper as compared to any other courier out there.

So for books and clothes its worth it. Remember these points.

Books shipping: 8-10 / kg & Regarding other shipping please check below attached Rules and additional charge they demand in Bill.
Even if you come with packaging the receptionist Tiwari (corrupted) tells this package not fit for shipping & need compulsory plastic packaging. The workers their charge 70 /- per box (small & medium) 140 /- per box (large size) for just only wrapping and tying the package we brought. If required box from them for packaging they take additionally 130/- per box + 70/- for wrapping = 200/- per box. The workers there demand fixed rates & give no chance of negotiating. They encash our emergency situation at that time to send & neglect bargaining. And receptionist Tiwari forces us to bring Aadhar Xerox compulsory & makes customer no other alternative but listening to those workers. When I gave 140 for my both boxes 40/- taken by receptionist & 100/- given to workers there.
So it is better to pack & wrap the package with white gunny bag before bringing here to avoid additional costs, Also need a ID proof Xerox Copy.

Cheapest but u have to go there at 10.30 am to avoid delays. Best for sending books for clothes it may little costlier

The best part of this company is that they will not accept your goods without proper GST bill. Their service is good. It is available PAN India. But this place is very congested, always with huge traffic

Quite hurry everyone is there.pack ur material in such a way that they are goin to confirm it by reopening and fellow seated their will charge 70 rupees separately for packing of each luggage and you have to be careful that bill is properly rcvd you by them then only you can keave thre place. Once u will go spend more than half hour and complete all procedure.take your bill and receipt in your hand.be with sender and receiver id proof original and xerox with you so u will complete it successfully.

Professional service, as in the consignment reaches the destined place on time and in one piece. But everyone is in a hurry there. So you have to haggle and ensure your order is up next. Quite a lot of headache for that.

The one sitting outside asks for money saying even your clothes will go by rate of books, but if you don't want that.
You can say no and get the receipt accordingly.
Books per kg charges are around ₹5-6 depending on distance. Clothes ₹12-14.
Packing charges are ₹130 per carton, and they are extra.
For about 28kg books n 20 kg clothes you will be charged around ₹600 from Delhi to Pune officially.so good service.

Corruption at every stage
Courier charges are comparatively less. But only beneficial if you are sending your stuff in bulk. They make separate bill for books and clothes and ask for bribe to merge the bills. They will also take extra packing charges. And while recieving your package they will charge you approximately 70 Rs and give you a fake bill.

Very poor behaviour by the staffs out here. Try packing it yourself & if you don't know Hindi please go with someone who can speak Hindi well

Easy to send bulk goods to various places in the country. VRL is a better option as it has more branches across the country

The best option for students to transfer their stuff like books to their home town at very low cost.

Transports books for any distance with very cheap rates.but the condition of books are not guaranteed.if your baggage of books are many u could transport clothes too with same rate by giving money to some of the staff (who approaches you). They wont transport any other material like utensils etc which produce sound, electronic devices and are breakable.you have to pay for packaging and for providing box.

The bst and cheapest way to transport heavy goods throughout india. They are having packing facilities at their centre

Best logistics service for students as well as others. Cheap and good service than others in delhi. I would like to recommend it over other courier services.

Actually good for books, prices are good but it is not highly recommended for clothes, they will charge more than the amount at every phase of the delivery, everywhere. Not satisfied with their behavior during delivery.
They take additional changes at every place with other reasons. It will amount you much higher if you are not on the side of corruption.

Best place to send ur belongings to any other place in India at very economical rates. Plz dont bother about behavior of staff they r doing there job quite well!

Spent approximately 2 hours to complete the process. Prices depend on destination. Cloths boxes cost twice the books boxes to send. Only cash accepted. 130 for packing with box, 70 for packing if the box has been bought.

Convenient place for students studying in Delhi to send their belongings to their home town. Prices are cheap compared to other means for courier. They also offer packing facilities.

Staff is highly rude, don't have a little sense of talking and zero respect towards customer. N number of hidden charges and not even given 20 rs change back, disgusting people.
