Staff is Very Roothly behavior like they don't have manner to talk with Customers
We are giving good Business and when I visited counter person treet every people like Labour that's very poor need to improvement this type of Big organization no need to Bulsit staff they don't know how to talk its my Personal opinion

Not respecting consignee. Taking too much time. Even though it's cheaper, they delivered my new trolley (Rs. 4150) in broken stage.

It's a transport company, don't expect VIP treatment like unlike in Pvt.banks. Get a photocopy of your ID handy. Min of Rs. 100 is charged as handling charges so do other companies. Parking is ample. Lunch time is around 2-3, not fixed. Have some extra time before visiting.

VRL logistics is a company that con people by asking the money even if you already paid them there delivery charge and if you dont tip the guys who deliver your parcel they wont deliver your parcel to you and start behaving rude

Location & handling is fast & smooth but charges some times not clear its excess. Need to chl on this bring more clarity abt that.

Facilities are good, however, it would have better if working people were well equipped with their P's and Q's.

They sometimes misplaces your stuff. Charges 100rs as godown charge other than shipping charges. But they are very helpful in case you need any kind of help you can call there customer care which they answer at very first time and speaks very politely. Staff is too good. 4 stars only because I received my package little late but I experienced there professional behavior which was commendable. Godown is easily accessible and parking is also available.

Very poor service. It's a pain to get your own stuff handled and delivered. A Strict NO for future businesses.

VRL Logistics worst experience. My friend spent 11k for sending over bike and they havnt informed me about documents and Mr Tyagi asked me to get photocopy from 1.5 kms away without a conveyance. This is their customer first approach.

Not picking up the call after trying more than 30 times. Either the line is busy or not answering the calls.

Staff not know how to treat Customer specially person whose seating on table after from Front office in warehouse

VRL Executives are not helpful, they make you feel like cought between inefficient Govt employees, they will charge you Rs. 100 extra for godown charges and no bill will be given for that.

Vrl logistics need lot of Paper work, similar to govt dept where u have to do lot of paper work.

If u want to book a parcel or u have to collect a parcel. Remember to carry few things with u. Like photo copy of ur identity card, letter head and affidavit if u want to collect the parcel on someone else behalf.

If u have any other option then find some other service provider.
Will not going to recommend to anyone. It's better to stay away.

Arrogant workers and manager. Takes 100 rs while collecting parcel for no reason. Courier mishandled.

We have been trying calling the office, but the phone is either not reachable or not responding. We are dealing with essential services and our raw material has reached there, according to the supplier, but we are clueless whether the office will be found open or whether we will receive the goods. Our previous stock of raw material is over and we urgently need to keep the finished goods supplying to our valued customers. It's a lockdown and after arranging an epass we are going to kirtinagar despite all odds in view of the urgency.

Located inside and have to travel far from main road.they charging some amount in main slip and asking additional amount while receiving the parcel.and official people not responding properly and behaving like illiterate people.

Worst service i have ever came across in my career of 25 years. Parcel dispatched from mumbai on 15th march for delhi is still not delivered. No one answers callls.

No one pick the calls even Manager at VRL Kirtinagar and did not give proper response to customer. Manager think he is CM of Delhi or Company MD this type of languages talk with customers. So, Staff of Kirtinagar are absulately worrest fellows

Product reached safe. Took longer than expected to reach destination. Long wait for getting your stuff at the window. And they charge you over and above the mentioned charges for warehousing and labor. It's that supposed to be added in the LR that they issue. You may try other logistic partners if available. Will share feedback once I try them.

Bunch of idiots and ill mannered staff. Its 2020 and they still don't know how to talk to customer.

Mr Sanjay is the specialist in rudeness and misbehaving with customers.
