Very bad experience

There staff are very unprofessional, unmannered, unathical.don't care of customer POV.working like a government staff.business ka ghamand hai.lekin business aata hai jata hai.don't deserve even one

They work very slowly and only tell the customer to slip their goods, very bad experience.

Worst service. The slowest company in this business. Its been 5 days but have no idea where my goods are. The distance to be covered was less than 100km. Never use their services.

No communication, too many delays and staff doesn't pick up the phone. After 5 days someone picked my phone and said my goods have not been received st okhla center while the website shows it has been received 5 days ago. Utterly confusing and unprofessional.

Very bad service and also the employe not good do not use this service this is very genuine review.

There’s totally deep negligence and carelessness of the people who are directly involved to deliver quality service to their regular reputed customers. But it seems that the management and VP at Delhi doesn’t wish to resolve the issues arises pertaining to the misplaced partial consignment of their valuable customer and not even One or Two times this is our Third time bitter experience whichever we faced and get disappointed.

The higher managerial people (VP) Delhi told that “it’s very common in the transport sector you have to know, understand as well bear such kind of difficulties” and when we told to issue a debit note to reimbursement of fright for the consignment which is in the subject matter they refused and drop the phone.

The VRL people definitely forget that they are in the Service sector and bound with the different laws and rules made for the sake of the business houses who are involved in the business in legal framework. *

Very poor service and they miss my parcel and not even respond it's fraud company don't use his service
