I just want to add a review for Customer representative Monica who helped me get my Laptop refund claim. She is extremely proactive and helps the user with all their issues. I have not seen anyone in the insurance business helping out their user so well. So thanks Monica.

Billed me wrong, charged extra amount. They have changed my battery, laptop is getting heated and headphone is not working. My laptop had no issues except physical damage before sending the company. After complaining they did not reply.

Reliance Digital people - please do not use this insurance service They are not eligible for a single star. All i am asking is for tentative date of repayment and no response so far. This company is a fraud, No response, No ownership, No value to customers, No ethics, No Manners- the customer care executive don't have clarity of my question nor the transfer the call to there senior I have submitted all documents and its almost month.

I am a student my laptop got damaged during exam time to which I reported the same to W and I A Services; they were amazingly helpful. They came and picked up my damaged laptop the same day and provided me a standby laptop for my exam. I appeared for the exam using their standby laptop and also in priority 7 days I received my repaired laptop in perfect condition.

All negative reviews are wrong, Mr Ankur is extremely helpful and responsive.
If your documents are in order there is no delay in processing.
I have received full claim and all support from Mr Ankur.

They told me I will receive my laptop in almost 10 days, it's been 2 weeks and they still have my laptop. I didn't expect this from them. Don't appreciate the service given to me and the promises made if they can't honor them.

Don't know about overall public rating, but my experience with the wias was of full 5 star rating! All the services like pickup and drop of the system were extremely smooth without any further damages. Their staff especially Mr Ankur was very helpful and responsive regarding any doubts related to damaged laptop.

Usually the expected date of the repair extends because of the availability of that part which is not in the hands of insurance company but depends upon the manufacturing firm.

Completely satisfied with wias.:)

To be frank.i should not be giving even a single star. I would suggest, do not buy any policy from them, they are completely fraud, i was suggested this by a jio store near karolbagh, else i would not have taken this.
My phone was on charging and due to vibration it got to the ground and its screen got damaged, when i contacted them over call they said it will be covered please go ahead with repair and then post the claim request.
But when i posted the claim, they started to give me new dates fir settlement and finally after 5 months of observation you guess what i got?
It was my mistake that i put the phone on charging when its screen was broken, i should have put the phone on charging and keep it on the ground so that it could not fall, and they rejected my claim.
I am going to file a case on consumer court. Lets see if government can help me or not.

It's a worse and fraud company. Nighter the customer care executive give any clarification of my question nor the transfer the call to there senior. Also they have very rude behaviour and they don't bother to take calls in there mentioned timing 10AM- 6PM, and also they cut phone calls when they can't give any answer of my questions. I have submitted all documents 7 months back for my Samsung Galaxy J7 Max which has been stolen. But still they not credited not a single pice to me. First time they have said the money will be credited within 30-45 working days. After 45 working days they are telling every month this month the money will be credit. I am not wishing to give a single star to them, but have no choice.
If the money will not be credited to my account within November, 2019 I'll file case against them to consumer forum.

I have fillowed Mr ankur for atleast 3 months regarding my refund for mobile, i regularly call, msg, mail.i dont get any response from them, he also reads my messages but doesnt reply, and when picks call he says i will call you in an hour but not even once ive got the call. I have sent all tge relevant docs which tgey received in december, and because of them i visited samsung showroom atleast 6 times to get the docs as per their requirement.worst service and pathetic agents.kindly dont visit, also if someone wants to go ahead with legal proceedings kindly let me know, i have all call records and mails and i am planning to do so.also please dont go with 5 star ratings.persons have given only one review of this company, obviously i can also tell my friends to give good or bad reviews.dont make the same mistake as i did.

Hi everyone, I just purchase one of my laptop from reliance digital, so at the time of purchase reliance provide me the insurance from this company, which seems to be totally fake, this insurance doesn't have any value, my product got damage few days back and I have shared everything with this company, but still i didn't get any update. So please do not believe on them. If anyone wants i can share insurance certificate also, which is given at the time of purchase from reliance digital.
