Good place to taste special type of tea not available anywhere in Delhi. Heaven for tea lovers

Greetings from Malaysia! My brother introduced me to Wagh Bakri while we were visiting India and this was my first experience at a WB tea lounge. Loved every bit of the experience. The masala tea was just heavenly but it did take a while before our drinks were served. The entire outlet is so cosy and we rested there for an hour before catching our train to Amritsar. Highly recommended!

A good place for tea lovers

A good place to have tea and snacks peacefully. The servings are of good size and the tea is great. Service speed was great. Good ambience. Go there.

Because its a tea lounge and specialised in teas only, so the tea has to be perfect but it was just okay. Tea wasn't that strong even after telling them in advance.
Ambience was good and service was quick.

The staff is very friendly and always happy to serve you. The place is a little expensive but the overall experience was great. I'll definitely be returning to this place whenever I need a comforting retreat.

The place is heaven for tea lovers. Tea of all kinds are there and high quality, and the food and snacks are great. Do try the bun muska, it just melts in your mouth.

I had a tea with butterscotch icecream and a brownie. Both were really good and there was a good variety to choose from.
Staff and manager were very friendly and polite also.

If you want variety of tea hot or cold this is the place to go. Nice ambience, courteous staff and a decent pricing.

A great place for tea lovers. They have some really good teas and khakras are good for snacks. Rest the food menu is nothing great.the food menu is like cafes which doesn't go with teas

The service was slow, the staff was not very welcoming. It seemed like a government office where they repel customers and dont wanna work. The tea was just fine. Ambience was good though.

Perfect place if you want to catch up on a long awaited conversation with a cup of tea and some munchies. This place used to be quite great in my previous visits. Unfortunately quality has gone down recently as per my experience. Really liked their cardamom tea with khakra. Few menu items were not available in my last two visits.

Good ambience. Your need for a cup of tea/coffee is met in very reasonable price and good atmosphere with no rush of youngesters i.e. As is in MC Donald or KFC.

We got a seat next to the toilet. It was stinking. The iced tea was too sweet. Hot tea was ok. Service was non existent. Better to avoid it.

Ok tea cafe! Prominent location but poor handling. Not so friendly services. Only Wash Room in the cafe under maintenance

Good place to try tea and snacks. Wide variety of tea available. Either you can have it or if you are traveling you can buy the pouch too.
Its very affordable and easy to carry

The place is so noisy that you can't even sit and talk. The service is not all the good. Tea they serve as a tea joint not at all good if I compare to other places.
They have to really improve on it.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to sit with you friend and take a sip of best tea then this is a best place to visit in CP. Less crowded and value for money.

I tried chocolate tea with cookie and bill was just amazing for the quality And worth to pay.

Would take back my previous review. This place had got really bad majorly because of the staff. The staff is really ignorant. Keep talking amongst themselves and you have to shout several times to ask for anything. The staff starts fighting amongst themselves in front of customers only. The product quality is not consistent and on complaining they won't agree to replace. It's a shame that a place with such good tea formula is loosing their regular customers because of this behaviour.

The name attracted me to have a small business meeting there. But was disappointed. Tables are rocking, that is not stable, sufficient quantity of tissue papers not available in the tissue paer stand etc. Expected that, having a big brand name, iced tea ordered will be of good taste, but was disappointed again. Comparably rates are very high. Yes, a toilet is there but not clean, it was stinking.

Nice place,
Nice staff. The staff was polite. Nice seating arrangement. I like this thing tha most that we can sit there as long as we want.
We had to wait atleast for 15 minutes for our order to deliver.

Even on weekend evening, it was wearing a lazy look. We asked for a few eats, most of them were either unavailable or only one no.each were available. The waiter gave us reason that on weekends they don't get many customers, so they don't stock many items. Manager gave us the explanation that it being a weekend, they had many more customers, so they have run out of it! It is still understandable in case of outsourced items, but same was the case in variety of teas. We wanted to try some different varieties like lemongrass tea & even that was not available - their own tea in their own TEA LOUNGE! I would have loved to give minus stars, but the smiling weather earned them one star! Waiter was found to be much more motivated than the manager.

Nice place for tea with friends! Offers fair number of choices and okay ambience in central Delhi. A bit noisy so not for you if you want a cup of tea in solace.

Situated right in the heart of national capital of India. Connaught place is the most happening place in the heart of delhi. This area is the heart of New Delhi. This is the commercial hub if the city ca be called down town as well. Connaught place or CP have one of the most wonderful eateries in the city. Wagh bakri tea lounge is one of the unique experiments in the recent times. This place offers huge variety if Indian exotic teas. You can have teas ranging from Darjeeling, Assamese, to differently flavoured flower teas to traditional masala tea. Situated at the outer circle of Connaught place this place have a very soothing ambience and quick service. Prices too are not high. Very affordable kind of place where one can go just to or chill have a sip of tea and a bite. Even casual / business meetings can be done here.

If you are fed up of expensive coffee lounges serving bad coffee ; this is a place to look forward to.

Alot can happen over a tea, yes they are right if u are tea lover must go pleasure sitting eith wide variety of tea & some complimentary snacks

, great place to enjoy an upscale tea. I was a bit disappointed with the Ambience but the quality of food case in point sandwiches was great.make note that the place is located a bit of from the main visual so you go to check it out before you go there

Well, I personally felt that the tea served didn't live upto their name. Ginger tea and masala tea didn't have slightest hint of those things. We ordered two rounds of tea and gave specific instructions to make them bit stronger so that we get that masala or ginger flavour but didn't work out. They need to try competitors Chai and figure out.

One of the best place to have tea with no hurry. You can sit as long as you want and enjoy tea with light snacks.

Amazing experience at Wagh Bakri Tea lounge One of the best tea lounge in connaught Place. You will find various kind of Tea there. I ate Panner Tikka and Veg Chipotle and Chocolate Cake everything was lip smacking And ya masaala tea was awesome.

Probably not visiting ever again. Had masala chai and it felt like they've made it with powder milk or chai mix.
Lot of area for improvement.

Great teas but service needs Improvement. The steward was too emotional in trying to get us what HE wanted. That's not how it works.
