Excellent ambience service. The place is an oasis in a noisy concrete jungle of delhi. Charming and pleasant where one can spend time alone while sipping their delicious tea. I love the lemongrass tea.and reading from their in-lounge book collection. The soft and pleasing background music only enhances the experience. The decor is beautiful and elegant. I wish many more open soon.

Bad experience. Recently visited the place, the staff is really very rude here, specially Shobha misbehavioed with us. They really don't care about the customer and talk rudely to them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The staff is so rude (shobha) she insulted infront of other guests this how u treat ur guest if they are waiting for other person and didnt ordered.we are the regular customers of bhagh bhakri gk2.she misbehaved screamed on me and when i said i will complain abt u she said go and do it.i would recomend plz dont visit there they will do the same with u all as they did wid me
