Wash's Up - The Laundary Lounge

I'm unsatisfied with the service of this laundry shop. The first wash has intolerable strong smell of fabric conditioner and the second wash smell close to stinking (not dried properly), they took out my delicate sweater from the protector bag making all the other clothes get cotton fibres. I specifically told her not to open the protector bag when I drop it off The previous owner of this laundry shop did a much better job and spoke much better English. We never had any problem with them. It's a pity that they no longer own this shop.

Good service offered at a great price point. The place is bang on the main road (mahipalpur mehrauli road, near SBI ATM) so easily accessible while the staff is friendly. The work quality is also great.

It's one of the cleanest laundry places in India and the price is reasonable.
I left about 2.5kg and came out with 200 rupees, and it was completed by the next morning.

Worst service and all clothes smell like a pest control. Lost my clothes and my clothes are torned. They don't apologise and dnt return the clothes. Don't visit this place and worst place loose ur clothes. Pathetic service

Great service, fast and cheap. Don’t get laundry done at your hotel, take a walk and go here. Highly recommend!

We were quoted 50 rupees per item (crazy!) at our hotel and over 24hrs for collection. Went to wash’s up and paid 60 rupees per kilogram (we had 5kg) and had the washing back, dried and folded within 5hrs. They even sent us a message when it was ready. Amazing service!

We gave 3.5 kg of clothes and it was washed, dried, and ironed in 3 hours.

They use a pleasant smelling detergent also.
