I have raised a complaint request on EUREKA FORBES through dialing a customer care number as I've purchased Aqua guard 2 years back with Copper Active from the Company. In the mean time I have also contacted a local vendor. Local vendor called me and said that he's coming to my place to change the filters and my Aua guard started showing RED indicator sign in Service light. Now I asked him whether you're from EUREKA Forbes, he said yes - he is. While trying to changing the filters he said that it's a chip based and he's not carrying the CHIP based filters. So I asked him that whatever is fitted originally in my purchased Aqua guard please replace with same filters. He said chip is as same as other without chip filters and he started trying to fix with the un-chip filters.see what - none of the filters were actually getting fitted in it and then he started trying very hard as he wanted somehow to get this fixed. He removed all chips and somehow put 2 filters and said he will bring Chip based filters and get this fixed.
He said I can go for AMC and can pay 4,500 INR and I have to pay as he was so convincing. After that he said I will get original bill in next 30 minutes but I failed to receive the same in next 24 hours.
I did make a call to him on the very next day around afternoon asked for the bill and then I came to know that he's not from EUREKA FORBES, I was shocked. What to do know - I requested for the bill and finally after talking his owner I got the bill. Now when I was asking about replacing the old filters and put the new filter with Chip based the he said he doesn't hold the chip based filters.
The person name is RAVI.
I am really very dissatisfied with this fraud.
I will file a complain in sometime.
