We have approached this company on 31st May 2023 & paid 100% advance payment.i am struggling to contact them since that day. They are not PROFESSIONAL Peoples and do not have curtsey to call back or update status on the given orders. Since that day i am asking for refund but they are denying to do so. Very UNPROFESSIONAL Peoples.
I bought a laptop spare part worth Rs. 1500 on 10th July 2021 it reached Cochin only on 27 July 2021. Paid Rs. 150 as courier charge, but it was sent via a courier by the name "Maruti". Upon checking the status it is shown that they received something at their Delhi office, and that's it. No further update is available. Also they aren't as responsive as in the chat box in the website than when we communicate with him regarding the post sale issue.
Ordered another spare worth Rs. 6800 along with courier charge Rs. 200, I.e. Rs. 7000 on 23rd December 2022 altogether and a package reached me on 28 December 2022. But it was not the exact part no.or a similar product though I had send photo of the same during my order. Send it back via Air mail spending Rs. 1050 on 30th December and confirmed the material reached them before 2nd January 2023. It's been 3 months and they says I can get any other spare and no refund. This part wasn't intimated during purchase. Also they are unable to provide the same part I asked for.
Very dependable company My 1972 model samsung laptops speakers were out of order. It was not available in the market I was upset. But the laptophub arrange for it really I am very happy with their dealings.
Timely delivery and reasonable prices. Taking services from laptophub since last many years. Ordered few items and received them on time and in nice packging.
Very bad experience they had taken advance payment on 8th sept by showing fake availabilty on their web site till today 20 days over they are not even able to arrange when i asked my payment back lot of formaily they asked & even after a week by providing details are are not returning my amount back
Never go with fake organisation like this. I will never recomend anybody by telling tha very bad experience with them
Poor service I am still waiting for my refund they call me from different no’s pls don’t deal with these ppl they are a fraud company.further to your reply. I have called your no so many times and you dont answer, also you sound like a billion dollar company and it takes you 8 days to do a refund of 1200/- and still you have the audacity to ask for more time.it was done to you by gpay and i have sent you a copy that has been credited to you bank, how difficult is it to pay me back the same way. Your accounts and your so called laptophub is a big joke. Please think twice to deal with such ppl, just buying time so they can keep the money with them.
Fraud people. I ordered battery they kept on telling me it's in there warehouse and took 2 months to dispatch. They buy it from some where else after you place the order with them. Also the battery was not good. It only gives 40-45 mins backup. And overheating.laptophub is fake and fraud.when I asked for a replacement they said no replacement or refund.
I ordered heat sink for my friend's laptop, these ppl sent me scrap heat sink for 1500Rs, by looking at it one can tell that it is from scrap shop.it never worked, when asked Imran said that I informed him lately and cannot give refund.will never buy spares from laptophub.in and AK computers. I think they sell non working parts in the name of refurbished.
Update: I ordered it on 2nd Feb, delivered it to Bangalore on 9 th Feb, the part was literally from Scrap Shop.as I was not well, I informed Imran abt the condition, He said it works, I tested it on concern Raised on 27 th Feb, Not in July, Even Imran Knows the condition of part well. Nice market for computers and peripherals but a bit expensive and smaller in size as compared to Nehru Place computer market. But a good option of north & northwest Delhi.
It's a massive market for buying and selling second hand computers, laptops and peripherals. You get plenty of spare parts too.
With more than 250 shops in a closed vicinity it is undoubtedly the largest computer market in North India.
It's very close to the Shalimar Bagh metro station, it's less than 100 metres away, so that's a big plus as you can just walk out of metro station straight into the market.
The only flip side is that the market is Far from organised, it's very dirty, there are no signboards, advertising is ad-hoc and rampant. The market has probably never been painted since it was built more than 20 years back.
Bottom line - if you want a better deal as compared to offers given by leading websites and can resist the lack of order and clumsiness then go here else skip it
My laptop was not working so I gave them for repair. For two weeks, they were saying they are checking as they are not able to find the issue in the laptop and after two weeks they hand it over the laptop to me saying that this cannot be repaired. Then I gave that laptop to one of my friend to check and then I came to know that not only the motherboard but also the RAM is not working now and also the hard disk is missing from the laptop. So I called them again asking about the hard disk and they were like we can't say where it and we don't have it.
Terribly incompetent staff. Rude, rough and overly disrespectful. To my utter dismay disdainful to the point of insult. What kind of dealers talk among themselves or busy themselves on phone instead of handling customers waiting for their precious attention. This is not for any particular one, almost all of them are such, talking to one another and not giving any heed to your call, and those terrible glances. You might surely find better deal somewhere else, why else are there other stores otherwise, or otherwise take chance at your own risk, you may get their callous behaviour in few seconds. A good communication is the first deal a customer make, and could be the last with such dull faces like they maintain.
