Bunch of th thieves Samsung India is worst in service. Their only solution is change the display

Was not given claim for warranty on data cable of m32 samsung mobile despite 2visits mobile purchased on 5/11/2022 rohini store visit on 9/02/2022 and 10/02/2022 I had to purchase a new data cable from rohini service centre as they denied changing data cable despite it being under warranty

Hopeless services first said the device has multiple defects then says it is okayed when case is essaciated to seniors.

I would like to say it is the best authorised samsung service centre in rohini. I would like to recommend other guys to visit this centre for any type of repair in your phone. Very fast service and staff is also very cooperative. Thank u we care for such a wonderful experience.

The service was sattisfying but had to go back as they didnt repaired properly.the issue was resolved though.way better than apple service

This service center is not good at all, because i used pick and drop service.i gave my phone but they don't checked my phone to professional way they only look overall body not open it and say repair cost will be something 10k.

This Samsung's service station is very useless, their service is very bad, the phones do not do well and keep calling the customer again and again, so that customers will come again and again and keep making payments. I took my phone here to get it corrected. After getting the phone fixed, it didn't last even a month and it got damaged again and then they bothered so much that they come after 4 days but get the phone after 10 days.

Poor service provide kar raha hai samsung service center samsung company aapne customer ka soln nahi kar pati hai kahi bhi delhi me service center me samsung m31 model ka folder nahi hai ye service provide kar raha hai aaur customer se rudely behaviour karte hai ye aapke service center wale paschim vihar wala service center staff wale customer se bilkul bhi sahi se nahi karte baat aaur doosre brand ho unki hand to hand service hai magar samsung pe pehle 2 days lagange phir jake phone theek hoga poor quality provide samsung company provide kar raha hai customer ko isme sudhar karne ki zarurat hai nahi aane wale time me marketing gir jayegi

Customer service was great. Estimate was upto the mark. Good repair quality. Would recommend to get repairs from We care instead of local repair. Kudos to the team.

It is Samsung Authorized mobile service center. It is very big Samsung Mobile service center spread in 2 floors. It is located in Very prime location of Rohini in front of M2K cinemas. There are huge number of skilled staff to handle and troubleshoot different types of problem related to software and hardware in any Samsung Mobile. Since this is very big service center and huge number of skilled staff so the waiting time is less or nil and problem attended immediately.

I replaced a new battery from here.
But battery backup is more poorer than earlier
I dont know he literally changed my battery or not

Visit there when there is a issue in my galaxy watch 46mm some battery issue. Battery not available at any Samsung store. So they replaced my watch to new watch. Because it's under warranty.

Very good staff and executive interaction is good my mobile issue solve in thirteen minutes only the best mobile service center in my life

They charge more money to repair your device let me show some examples I have a Samsung guru device in which it falls down from my pocket due to which it's display will damage when I came and show my device then they told that you have to pay rs 1200 for this device can you imagine a rs 1500 mobile have take rs 1200 just to recover. It's a huge miracle.

Quick and fast service but they will not provide you solution untill they get strong proof of problem.

They have tried really good to keep the service up to the mark but as a customer I believe there is still lot of work needs to be done in regards to staff training and readyness towards taking on customer issue.

Worst service centre. They make a false story about your device, just to charge you for the repair of your in warranty device. Don't trust these people at all and go for some other service centre.

Have already visited 3 times but the same issue in new phone keeps coming back. They cannot properly troubleshoot the device, instead tell customer to deposit the phone for testing. They have replaced the motherboard, battery, software but still the 3 months used A8 star device keeps getting switched off on itself.
