They were providing good service earlier, but their services have now degraded to a point that i am considering changing my service provider to jio or airtel when my plan ends, even if i have to shell out more money. Can't contact them when the internet is down. Won't even pick calls. They are least interested to sort out issues. They charge you for a speed you never get. Downtime are much more frequent and they take a day or two to resolve.

Not even eligible for 1 star, TBH. Highly pathetic service and no customer support. I don't recommend their service.

Worst service their owner never respond, they take advance and their is no service support from their site. Will not recommend to any one.
