I am customer of paschim vihar and using this services since 1 year. Good service by team weebo and customer care and staff is so Supportive.

One of the worst service I have ever seen. No support no service. They promised to provide 100 mbps speed and the fact is speed is only below 30.
Called so many times to resolved the problem but no one comes.
They called or msg only for payment.
Poorest service

I tried to contact on customer care they are not giving any response nd also sent message on whatsApp support nobody ready to revert since morning my wifi is not working if you can't provide net then shut down your poor service highly disappointed with this service will disconnect soon this service really very bad

I have been using weebo internet services in Jaipur past 8 months. The internet services is extremely poor. The network speed and range are not constant and fluctuate all the time. Their service is really horrible. Inspite of several complains to the customer care, the issue never gets resolved.

Unfortunately there was no other service provider when purchased the weebo service and as Ihad brought an annual package so I could not switch to another service provider until 6 months.

I request everyone please don't go for any local internet service provider instead take mobile postpaid plans and/ or use wifi dongle.

Would never suggest this company to anyone they have really bad customer support moreover every month 5-6 days there internet is not working they always say their main fiber got cut

Cheap quality not proper service.
They just come to collect your money after that no one picks your call.

Worst internet provider in Udaipur. Don't get trapped in low cost service. In fact they will never attend your call. Its like "sarkari" Service at private rates

This is a fraud company.please don't opt for this i m asking for refund from last 5 month but they are not returning it. Worst customer support

The worst internet service provider. Even after reporting several times about network issues, they are still not able to fix it.

The worst internet service provider in Uttam Nagar West. Their customer service is even worse. They only have one sentence in the script to say: "The area where you stay is having some construction. Please allow us time till evening".
Please don't use this service. You will lose your money and time.

Third class service suggest not to buy this service. They have no customer care they disconnect your call always and most importantly they will give you PKG of 150 Mbps which works less than 100 Mbps

Me leke pachta Raha hu es weebo company ka internet connection. 3 hour se net ni chal raha or koyi sun bhi nahi raha

I am regretting to choose this internet service company. They have pathetic internet service. Even after registering multiple complaints they are not able to provide any solution to me in last 7 days. I wish if i could rate it zero, such a pathetic support.

Pathetic, absolutely pathetic. They are harassing me with phone calls everyday, I have complained and told they a hundred times to not call me unnecessarily, but they won’t stop.

The most horrible internet connection I ever had.
This broadband connection needs to be investigated throughly. They have take it for granted from their clients.
This connection really hampering my work which is work from home.

They are not letting the Jio Fiber to get connected in the location
